结合附图详细描述实施例，将导向轮轴(9)与导向轮(10)组装好，将轴套6、锁紧螺母7、螺纹传动套8组合为组件，导向轮支架1通过螺栓2(b)与大车的端梁连接，将限位块5与螺纹传动套8通过螺钉4连接，将盖3通过螺栓2(a)安装在轴套6上，松开锁紧螺母7，用扳手转动螺纹传动套8，带动导向轮轴9在垂直方向运动，达到导向轮10的垂直调整要求，导向轮与轨道11的调整完毕后，将锁紧螺母7拧紧以保证导向轮10位置不变。由于导向装置可以实现连续垂直调整，弥补了因安装误差和车轮踏面磨损后导向轮不能正常工作的弊端。
