本实用新型公开了一种防堵料装置，其是由成品料输送管道、设在成品料输送管道缓冲点的压缩空气管道安装孔和与安装孔相连通的压缩空气管道组成。由于本实用新型通过压缩空气的冲击力，一方面可使成品料加快输送速度，另一方面也可以消除物料中一部分的含水量，因此本实用新型有效解决了COREX渣立磨成品料在输送过程中，易在管道缓冲点形成堆积，产生物料堵塞的难题，提高了生产效率，实现了COREX渣立磨成品料的连续输送需求。另外，本实用新型还具有成本低廉、结构简单、安装方便、易于推广等优点。

本实用新型涉及一种防堵料装置，更具体的说，是涉及一种防止COREX渣立磨成品料输送过程中的堵料装置。
背景技术
在COREX渣立磨成品料输送过程中，由于成品料含0.3％的水份，再加上内、外部管道存在30度左右的温升现象，因此容易导致成品料在管道转角、上坡等缓送行径的位置造成堆积，尤其在缓冲点形成堆积，形成堵料现象，从而阻碍成品料的连续输送，影响生产效率。但到目前为止，尚未出现能够很好解决这一问题的产品或方法。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种成本低廉、结构简单、安装方便、易于推广的防堵料装置，以解决COREX渣立磨成品料在输送过程中，易在管道缓冲点形成堆积，产生物料堵塞的难题。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用了下述技术方案：
本实用新型提供的防堵料装置，包括成品料输送管道，其特征在于：在成品料输送管道的缓冲点设有压缩空气管道安装孔，所述安装孔与压缩空气管道相连通。
所述安装孔的直径优选25mm。
所述压缩空气管道焊接在安装孔上。
在所述压缩空气管道上设有调节阀。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果在于：由于本实用新型通过压缩空气的冲击力，一方面可使成品料加快输送速度，另一方面也可以消除物料中一部分的含水量，因此本实用新型有效解决了COREX渣立磨成品料在输送过程中，易在管道缓冲点形成堆积，产生物料堵塞的难题，提高了生产效率，实现了COREX渣立磨成品料的连续输送需求。另外，本实用新型还具有成本低廉、结构简单、安装方便、易于推广等优点。

如图1所示：本实用新型提供的防堵料装置，由成品料输送管道1、在成品料输送管道1的缓冲点所开设的压缩空气管道安装孔2和在安装孔2上焊接接的压缩空气管道3组成，所述安装孔2与压缩空气管道3相连通。
所述安装孔2的直径为25mm。
在所述压缩空气管道3上设有调节阀4。
本实用新型通过压缩空气的冲击力，一方面可使成品料加快输送速度，另一方面也可以消除物料中一部分的含水量，因此可以有效解决COREX渣立磨成品料在输送过程中，易在管道缓冲点形成堆积，产生物料堵塞的难题。

1.一种防堵料装置，包括成品料输送管道，其特征在于：在成品料输送管道的缓冲点设有压缩空气管道安装孔，所述安装孔与压缩空气管道相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防堵料装置，其特征在于：所述安装孔的直径为25mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防堵料装置，其特征在于：所述压缩空气管道焊接在安装孔上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防堵料装置，其特征在于：在所述压缩空气管道上设有调节阀。
