本实用新型公开了一种塑料珠串成型模具,由模架、型腔与型芯、浇注系统、冷却系统等部分组成,型腔与型芯构成若干个模腔,每个模腔为需要成型的塑料珠形状,其特征在于:型腔与型芯的结合面上有两条直线形的凹槽,该凹槽连通每个直线上的模腔,并且穿过整个模具的分型面,使用本实用新型进行塑料珠串生产时,将芯线放置在凹槽内,再进行注射成型,则会成型一串塑料珠,并且自动连接在一起,生产效率高。

背景技术
对于像门帘等串珠式塑料制品,在一条线上串有大量的塑料珠,传统加工方法是生产带孔的塑料珠,再人工将塑料珠一颗一颗串接到一条线上,从而成为一串。以这种方法进行塑料珠串的生产,其效率低下。其主要原因是缺少一次成型多个塑料珠并将其串在一起的模具。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种塑料珠串成型模具,它可以实现以模具来完成注塑成型塑料珠串,生产效率高。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:塑料珠串成型模具由模架、型腔与型芯、浇注系统、冷却系统等部分组成,由型腔与型芯构成若干个模腔,每个模腔为需要成型的塑料珠形状,其特征在于:型腔与型芯的结合面上有两条直线形的凹槽,该凹槽连通直线上的每个模腔,并且穿过整个模具的分型面。
凹槽的截面为圆形,并且在型腔与型芯上各开设一个半圆形,拼合成一个圆形。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:使用本实用新型进行塑料珠串的生产,可以通过注塑方式加工多个塑料珠,并且自动连接在一起,生产效率高。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明:
如图1所示实施例中,塑料珠串成型模具由模架、型腔与型芯、浇注系统、冷却系统等部分组成,型腔与型芯分别安装在模架的定模部分与动模部分。由模具型腔1与型芯2构成若干个模腔11,每个模腔为需要成型的塑料珠的形状,并且流道连接到每一个模腔,模具型腔1与型芯2的结合面上有2条直线形凹槽12,该凹槽12连通直线上的每个模腔11,并且穿过整个模具的分型面。凹槽12的截面为圆形,并且在型腔1与型芯2上各开设一个半圆形凹槽,拼合成一个圆形,其大小为与芯线相当。凹槽的两顶端部分有止口13,可以在注射成型时更加可靠地压紧芯线。
使用本实用新型进行塑料珠串生产时,先将芯线放置在凹槽12内,合模后,型腔1与型芯2将压紧芯丝,再进行注射成型,塑料会沿流道进入每一模腔11,从而成型一串塑料珠,并且由芯线连接在一起.开模后,拉动芯线将已成型的塑料珠拉出模具以外,再次进行注射,就可生产长度不受限制的塑料珠串.

1.一种塑料珠串成型模具,由模架、型腔与型芯、浇注系统、冷却系统等部分组成,由型腔(1)与型芯(2)构成若干个模腔(11),每个模腔(11)为需要成型的塑料珠形状,其特征在于:型腔(1)与型芯(2)的结合面上有两条直线形的凹槽(12),该凹槽(12)连通直线上的每个模腔(11),并且穿过整个模具的分型面。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料珠串成型模具,其特征在于:所述的型腔(1)与型芯(2)上各开设有一个半圆形凹槽。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的塑料珠串成型模具,其特征在于:所述的凹槽(12)的两顶端部分有止口(13)。
