背景技术
滑锤是中小型高炉更换风渣口套必须使用的取套用工具。目前使用的滑锤比较简单，由钩头、滑杆、锤头、及砧座构成，由于滑杆直径与风口直径相差较大，使用时，钩头不易定位，滑锤与风口轴线角度偏差大，锤头冲击时，由于滑锤产生弹跳，使钩头与风口套出现间隙，导致锤击效率降低，而且钩头极易滑脱，造成工人劳动强度大、工作效率低，易发生安全事故。因此，设计一种钩头不易滑脱的带楔紧装置的滑锤，是目前需要解决的技术问题。

1.一种带楔紧装置的滑锤，由滑杆(4)和锤头(5)组成，滑杆(4)的一端固定有砧座(6)，滑杆(4)的另一端设置有钩头(7)，在砧座(6)与钩头(7)之间的滑杆上套装有锤头(5)，其特征在于：在砧座(6)与钩头(7)之间的滑杆上附设有导向滑套(3)，导向滑套(3)设置在靠近钩头(7)的一段滑杆上，在导向滑套(3)内穿装有楔块顶杆(2)，在楔块顶杆(2)顶部设置有楔块(1)，在楔块顶杆(2)的尾部设置有把手(9)。
