本实用新型涉及一种电动车轮毂电机的端盖,具体涉及一种大功率电动车电机和电动四轮车电机的端盖,属于电动车轮毂电机制造技术。
背景技术
本实用新型所述端盖,是指与转子轮毂连接的端盖,所述端盖在电机驱动下,围绕电机轴旋转。
随着电动自行车和电动四轮车应用的普及,已相继开发有工作电压为60V、64V、68V和72V等电压等级的直流电动车电机,且所述电机的转速不断提高,电机的输出功率不断增大。而已有电机原有的自然冷却,已经不能满足电机冷却、实现正常运行的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种结构合理,电机降温效果好的电动车轮毂电机的端盖,以满足电动车电机冷却的要求。
本实用新型实现其所要实现的目的的构想,是在所述端盖的外侧面,增设散热片,通过电机的旋转,而使散热片旋转产生气流,从而实现所述电机的散热冷却。本实用新型所主张的技术方案是:
一种电动车轮毂电机的端盖,包括端盖体,其创新点在于,在端盖体的外侧面,沿径向设有若干个散热片;所述若干个散热片,沿端盖体轴孔档外围均匀布置。
本实用新型还主张所述散热片是板件,且板件散热片与端盖体呈焊接连接,或呈可折式螺钉连接;或者是所述散热片与端盖体互成一体;或者是将所述散热片作为模铸嵌件,与端盖体模铸成一体。这一技术方案中所述板件散热片,可以是塑料件,也可以是金属件。若采用塑料板件或金属板件散热片。可采用螺钉与端盖体连接;且采用金属板件散热片,还可以与端盖体焊接连接。而端盖体是精铸成型的,则所述散热片与端盖体,可通过模铸而互成一体。当端盖体为铸件时,散热片可作为嵌件,与端盖体模铸成一体。
本实用新型还主张,散热片的径向长度控制在50~80mm范围内,散热片的轴向宽度控制在10~20mm范围内,且散热片的长边与短边交接处呈过渡圆弧过状。之所以要控制散热片的尺寸范围,其目的在于较小影响所述电机的输出功率,而达到良好的冷却效果;同时也出于装配空间不会与其它另部件相互干涉的考虑。
上述技术方案得以实施后,本实用新型所具有结构合理,降温效果好等特点,是显而易见的。

如实施例所描述的本实用新型,在电动自行车上的例行试验效果,是令人十分满意的,据检测,采用本实用新型端盖的电机温度,比采用已有技术端盖的电机温度,下降≥5℃,取得了明显的电机降温效果。

1.一种电动车轮毂电机的端盖,包括端盖体(1),其特征在于,在端盖体(1)的外侧面(1-1),沿径向设有若干个散热片(2);所述若干个散热片(2),沿端盖体(1)轴孔档(1-2)外围均匀布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述轮毂电机的端盖,其特征在于,所述散热片(2)是板件,且板件散热片(2)与端盖体(1)呈焊接连接,或呈可折式螺钉连接;或者是所述散热片(2)与端盖体(1)互成一体;或者是将所述散热片(2)作为模铸嵌件,与端盖体(1)模铸成一体。
