本实用新型公开了一种蓄电池装配用过桥焊钳,包括焊钳操作端带有半圆孔的夹块,特点是半圆孔中设置有挡火条。所述挡火条与操作端开合方向水平,当操作端的夹块夹于一起时,两半圆孔中的挡火条端面吻合。本实用新型在过桥焊钳操作端的夹块半圆孔中设置挡火条,以代替偏极柱自带的凸台,从而使焊接面变厚,没有虚焊和漏铅的现象,大大提高了电池的质量。手工操作简单方便,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

本实用新型涉及蓄电池的装配,尤其是蓄电池装配中用的过桥焊钳。
背景技术
随着我国蓄电池产品的迅速发展,在蓄电池制造过程中尤其是在装配过桥焊工序中,焊接面的厚度不仅影响到动力蓄电池大电流放电的寿命,而且在进行过桥焊时,常使偏极柱自带的凸台烧通,以致液态铅漏到极板上导致电池短路,并且冲下去的火焰常把电池壳和隔板纸烧坏,很难保证电池的质量,同时,还存在着操作效率低的缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种蓄电池装配用过桥焊钳,在进行过桥焊时,不会烧通偏极柱自带的凸台,能保证焊接面的厚度,没有虚焊和漏铅的现象,也不会发生火焰下冲的现象。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
蓄电池装配用过桥焊钳,包括焊钳操作端带有半圆孔的夹块,特点是半圆孔中设置有挡火条。
本实用新型进一步改进方案是,挡火条与操作端开合方向水平,当操作端的夹块夹于一起时,两半圆孔中的挡火条端面吻合。
本实用新型在过桥焊钳操作端的夹块半圆孔中设置挡火条,以代替偏极柱自带的凸台,从而使焊接面变厚,没有虚焊和漏铅的现象,大大提高了电池的质量。手工操作简单方便,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

如图1所示,蓄电池装配用过桥焊钳,包括焊钳操作端带有半圆孔的夹块1。仍如图1所示,半圆孔中设置有挡火条2(挡火条为金属圆杆)。所述挡火条2与操作端开合方向水平,当操作端的夹块夹于一起时,两半圆孔中的挡火条2端面吻合。

2.如权利要求1所述的蓄电池装配用过桥焊钳,其特征在于:挡火条(2)与操作端开合方向水平,当操作端的夹块夹于一起时,两半圆孔中的挡火条(2)端面吻合。
