本实用新型公开了一种多单体铅酸蓄电池穿壁焊接结构,该结构中连接单体内极柱的连接条板穿过电池壳体内隔板上穿壁焊孔焊接成一体,在穿壁焊孔两侧与连接条板之间设有1~3mm厚的垫片。垫片为硬塑料件,内孔直径8~12mm,一侧有与穿壁焊孔相配合的台阶。该结构用于多单体铅酸蓄电池内极柱的连接,适合于机械焊接,比原跨桥焊接结构加大了导流面积,减小了连接内阻,从而增大传输电流,而且内隔板强度增强,焊接时不会被挤坏,防止漏气,提高电池使用性能。

本实用新型涉及多单体铅酸蓄电池内极柱连接结构,具体讲涉及一种多单体铅酸蓄电池穿壁焊接结构。
背景技术
目前随着电动车、新型混合汽车的发展,对铅酸蓄电池提出了多单体、高比功率、高比能量要求,其中单体间内极柱的连接结构至关重要。传统的跨桥焊接结构存在以下问题:1、该结构仅适合手工焊接,焊接深度不均匀,导流面积小,连接内阻大,常出现大电流放电时焊接部位熔断导致电池报废;2、两相邻内极柱与壳体内隔板及密封槽之间几乎无空隙,在夹紧内极柱时易把壳体内隔板挤坏,产生单体间漏气,影响电池性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服技术的不足之处,提供一种安装、维护方便,能降低电池柜空间高度,节省成本,并且有利于减小连接压降、提高电池使用性能的狭长型铅酸蓄电池前置输出端子。
本实用新型的技术方案是:多单体铅酸蓄电池穿壁焊接结构,连接单体内极柱的两块连接条板焊接成一体,其改进之处是所述连接条板的焊接部位穿过电池壳体内隔板上穿壁焊孔,并且穿壁焊孔两侧与连接条板之间设有1~3mm厚的垫片,垫片中心有与穿壁焊孔相应的内孔。
进一步的方案是:所述垫片的一侧有与穿壁焊孔相配合的台阶,垫片内孔直径为8~12mm;所述垫片为硬质塑料件。
本实用新型可采用专用焊接机械,将两块连接条板对准穿壁焊孔的部位挤压焊接而成,比原跨桥焊接结构,增大了导流面积,减小了连接内阻,从而使传输电流增加至原来的3~5倍,且连接条板用材减少,提高电池的重量比能量。同时由于在连接条板与壳体内隔板之间增加了垫片,提高了内隔板强度,焊接时内隔板不会被挤坏,密封性好,防止单体间漏气,提高电池使用性能。垫片上的台阶起到定位作用。使用该焊接结构的多单体铅酸蓄电池适用于大电流放电,可承受2000A电流3分钟,焊接部位不会出现问题。

具体实施方式
参见附图,连接单体内极柱的连接条板1与电池壳体的内隔板2之间设有聚氯乙烯垫片3,该垫片厚2mm,内孔直径10mm,一侧有与内隔板上的穿壁焊孔相配合的台阶。该结构采用焊接机械手从连接条板的外侧对准穿壁焊孔的部位挤压焊接,使两块连接条板的铅材料穿过垫片内孔和穿壁焊孔紧密连成一体,连接条板外侧形成一个圆形沉孔4。

1.一种多单体铅酸蓄电池穿壁焊接结构,连接单体内极柱的两块连接条板焊接成一体,其特征是所述连接条板的焊接部位穿过电池壳体内隔板上穿壁焊孔,并且穿壁焊孔两侧与连接条板之间设有1~3mm厚的垫片,垫片中心有与穿壁焊孔相应的内孔。
