本实用新型涉及采油井用的生产装置,是一种采油管刮蜡器。
背景技术:
采油井在生产过程中,油流从井底向井口流动时,井温逐渐下降,当低于析蜡点时,原油中所含的蜡质就会析出,堵塞油流通道,影响油井生产,需要对油井进行清蜡才能使油井正常生产。现有的清蜡方法较多,一种是热水循环洗井使蜡溶解流出,但地层压力低的井不适合热水循环洗井,因为地层压力低的井不能形成循环,热水会进入地层造成油层污染;另一种是向油井内加清蜡济,这种方法成本高,管理费用高,经济性差。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是设计一种采油管刮蜡器,方便油井清蜡,减少油井清蜡费用。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:由连接杆、刮蜡套、套管、固定销组成,套管套装在连接杆上,刮蜡套由固定销固定在套管上,刮蜡套与套管之间有环形通道,连接杆两端有抽油杆螺纹。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型安装在抽油杆之间,随抽油杆在油管内上下行时,刮削油管内壁上的蜡,因此,本实用新型可以在生产过程中随时清蜡,清蜡费用低,经济效益好。

下面结合附图对本实用新型实施例进行说明。由连接杆1、刮蜡套2、套管3、固定销4组成,套管3套装在连接杆1上,刮蜡套2由固定销4固定在套管3上,刮蜡套2与套管3之间有环形通道5,液流和刮下的蜡从处通道流出,连接杆1两端有抽油杆螺纹,便于与抽油杆连接。连接杆1两端设有挡帽便于与接箍连接时定位锁紧并固定套管3。
