本实用新型属于镁合金连铸设备技术领域,具体涉及一种半连续镁合金铸锭结晶器。
背景技术
结晶器是半连续镁合金铸锭的重要设备之一,其作用是形成具有确定形状、有一定强度的铸锭坯壳。现有技术的结晶器一般采用铜板或铜管与外面的冷却水相连,将热量排出,现有技术中一般存在排热不均匀问题,另外,现有技术中的结晶器一般存在热裂化倾向,影响产品的合格率。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,提供了一种半连续镁合金铸锭结晶器,具有冷却效果好且容易脱模等优点。
本实用新型具体采用如下技术方案:
一种半连续镁合金铸锭结晶器,包括结晶器本体,所述结晶器本体是圆柱筒结构,其特征是
在结晶器本体内设置冷却装置,所述冷却装置是金属管构成的等高梯形框;
在结晶器中部设置磁力线圈;
在结晶器底部设有脱模槽。
所述脱模槽上表面设置圆形润滑油槽。
根据冷却需要,可设置1-3组冷却装置。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:
1)本实用新型的冷却装置出水均匀,冷却效果好;
2)磁力线圈能够搅拌金属液,起到均质化的作用,使铸锭的晶粒细化,热裂化减缓,产品合格率提高,可达90%以上;
3)生产时,在脱模槽内注入润滑油,铸锭容易脱模,减轻对结晶器工作面的磨损。

实施例
如图1所示,一种半连续镁合金铸锭结晶器,包括结晶器本体1,结晶器本体1是圆柱筒形结构,在在结晶器本体1内设置冷却装置2,冷却装置2是金属管构成的等高梯形框,其内有冷却水流动,在结晶器1中部设置磁力线圈4,底部设置脱模槽3。
如图2所示,在脱模槽3上表面设置圆形润滑油槽5。

在结晶器本体内设置冷却装置,所述冷却装置是金属管构成的等高梯形框;
在结晶器中部设置磁力线圈;
在结晶器底部设有脱模槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半连续镁合金铸锭结晶器,其特征是,所述脱模槽上表面设置圆形润滑油槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的半连续镁合金铸锭结晶器,其特征是,在结晶器内设置1~3组冷却装置。
