技术领域
本实用新型属于一种清洗装置，具体是一种用于硅片清洗的装置，特别是将整篮硅片同时进行全方位清洗的清洗装置。
背景技术
常规的硅片清洗工艺是采用静态喷淋清洗，所用喷淋管为固定的，清洗存在覆盖不到的区域，而且清洗的均匀性和清洁度不够理想。因此，需要对现有工艺和设备进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术问题，提出一种硅片喷淋清洗槽，该清洗槽能实现全方位均匀清洗，操作简便，较好地解决了上述问题。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的：硅片喷淋清洗槽，设有槽体，其特征在于：槽体内可放置硅片清洗花篮，在槽体的一端设有平移气缸，该气缸上通过固定块固定装有水平移动的平移喷淋管，该喷淋管上设有喷嘴；在槽体一端的下部设有升降气缸，该气缸通过安装板固定装有在槽体内两侧升降移动的两个升降喷淋管，该喷淋管上设有喷嘴。
工作过程：工件放入槽内后，顶部喷淋管在平移气缸驱动下做往复平移支运动，侧面喷淋管在升降气缸的驱动下做升降运动，使得水可以均匀喷淋覆盖整个工件区域。
本实用新型具有结构完善，操作简便，全方位均匀清洗，特别是不易损伤硅片的优点。
