Abstract
一种离心泵密封装置，它包括现有的离心泵，其特征是在现有泵上安装一个外循环装置，外循环装置由集流箱和导管组成，导管的一端与泵的轴密封函相接，另一端与泵头的负压区接通，中间串接一个集流箱，集流箱与泵头负压区之间的导管上安装一个逆止阀，集流箱内设置一个球状物体。本实用新型的特点是不用改变现有的泵，就可以将泄漏在密封函中的液体连续不断地吸走，结构简单，改造方便，改造成本较低，可广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金等行业。

本实用新型属于泵的密封领域，具体涉及一种离心泵密封装置。
背景技术：
离心泵在工作时，靠叶轮的高速旋转，液流从轴向吸入到径向甩出。现有的离心泵存在有一部分散射的液流甩到泵壳上，聚集到叶轮背面的区域内，这部分液体会因压力的增大而泄漏到泵外。冶金行业的酸洗液体均为酸性液体，在输送过程中，泄漏到泵外的液体，不仅腐蚀周围的设备，而且对环境也有污染。
发明内容：
本实用新型旨提供密封效果更好的离心泵密封装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括现有的离心泵，其特征是在现有泵上安装一个外循环装置，外循环装置由集流箱和导管组成，导管的一端与泵的轴密封函相接，另一端与泵头的负压区接通，中间串接一个集流箱，集流箱与泵头负压区之间的导管上安装一个逆止阀，集流箱内设置一个球状物体。

具体实施方式：
实施例：本实施例是在现有的HXL30型离心泵上进行改造的，在密封函3的底部及泵体1前面的进水管1上开有与导管5直径相等的开口，导管5的一端与泵体1背面的密封函3接通，另一端与进水管相通，并插入泵体1的负压区，导管5的中部串接一个集流箱6，在集流箱6与泵头负压区之间的导管5上设置一个逆止阀8，集流箱6内的底部出口处放置一球状物7。
