Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种圆柱电池防爆组合盖帽,包括钢帽(1)、有机正温度系数热敏电阻器(2)、防爆片(3)、连接片(5)和隔离圈(6),以上组件外圆周包覆有密封圈(4),所述的防爆片为“Z”字形结构;本实用新型的有益效果:改进了的结构可以更可靠保证在电池实际生产过程中,避免因电池封口过程中密封圈受挤压变形而导致防爆片(3)与连接片(5)之间的焊接点受损伤甚至连接片(5)脱落而导致电池报废的现象,可靠地保证当电池发生异常,内部压力升高时,有效地绝缘隔离防爆片和连接片,当电池发生异常时更可靠地将电池内部断路,更有效地发挥防爆组合盖帽的安全保护功能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种锂电池,特别涉及一种圆柱锂电池。
背景技术
现市场上的圆柱电池的(正极)安全组合帽是由钢帽、有机正温度系数热敏电阻器(或金属环)、防爆片(铝)组成。以上三个部件叠在一起,周围边缘是密封圈,由于防爆片(铝)和连接片之间焊接连接,电池组合帽在装配入电池密封过程中会挤压外围的密封圈,致使密封圈变形过程中,密封圈的一部分会挤压到连接片,拉扯到防爆片(铝)和连接片之间的连接焊点,将连接焊点挤压得似断非断,或者干脆导致连结焊点断裂,致使电池报废。
发明内容
针对现有的圆柱电池组合帽的缺点,本实用新型提供一种新型的圆柱电池组合帽。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:圆柱电池防爆组合盖帽,包括钢帽、有机正温度系数热敏电阻器、防爆片、连接片和隔离圈,以上组件外圆周包履有密封圈,所述的防爆片为“Z”字形结构;
所述的隔离圈为聚丙烯;
所述的密封圈为聚丙烯;
所述的密封圈上设置有台阶;
所述的密封圈上设置有凹槽;
所述的防爆片为铝片;
所述的连接片为铝片;
所述的防爆片和连接片之间焊点连接。
本实用新型的有益效果:该结构更可靠地保证了当电池发生异常,内部压力升高时,有效地绝缘隔离防爆片和连接片;当电池发生异常时更可靠地将电池内部断路,更有效地发挥防爆组合盖帽的安全保护功能。

具体实施方式
请参见附图说明其实施过程:
圆柱电池防爆组合盖帽,包括钢帽1,有机正温度系数热敏电阻器(或金属环)2,防爆片3,连接片5,隔离圈6以及上述组件的外圆周包履有密封圈4。所述的防爆片3的结构为“Z”字形结构;所述的隔离圈6为聚丙烯;所述的密封圈4为聚丙烯;所述的密封圈4的A处结构有台阶;所述的密封圈4的B处结构有凹槽;所述的防爆片3为铝片;所述的连接片5为铝片;所述的防爆片3和连接片5之间焊点连接。
原来结构中无隔离圈6,密封圈4未包履连接片5,防爆片3的结构较原有的有改进;增加隔离圈6的好处:当电池发生异常,内部产生较大的热量,内压升高,拉断了防爆片3和连接片5之间连接焊点时,隔离圈起绝缘隔离防爆片3和连接片5的作用;防爆片3的结构与原来不同,改进成了“Z”字形结构,其作用是为了固定隔离圈6的位置;密封圈4的结构中增加了台阶,目的是防止连接片5在与防爆片3分离后不至于偏离原位或掉落导致接触电池壳壁而发生电池内部短路的现象;密封圈4的结构中设计了凹槽,其目的是为了减小密封圈4在电池封口中的挤压变形,避免发生对连接片5的挤压,减少因挤压而损伤防爆片3和连接片5之间连接焊点的可能性。该结构更可靠地保证了因电池发生异常,内部压力升高时,有效地绝缘隔离防爆片3和连接片5。当电池发生异常时更可靠地将电池内部断路,更有效地发挥防爆组合盖帽的安全保护功能。

Claims (8)

1、圆柱电池防爆组合盖帽,包括钢帽(1)、有机正温度系数热敏电阻器(2)、防爆片(3)、连接片(5)和隔离圈(6),以上组件外圆周包覆有密封圈(4),其特征在于,所述的防爆片(3)为“Z”字形结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的圆柱电池防爆组合盖帽,其特征在于,所述的隔离圈(6)为聚丙烯。
3、根据权利要求1所述的圆柱电池防爆组合盖帽,其特征在于,所述的密封圈(4)为聚丙烯。
4、根据权利要求1或3所述的圆柱电池防爆组合盖帽,其特征在于,所述的密封圈(4)上设置有台阶。
5、根据权利要求4所述的圆柱电池防爆组合盖帽,其特征在于,所述的密封圈(4)上设置有凹槽。
6、根据权利要求1所述的圆柱电池防爆组合盖帽,其特征在于,所述的防爆片(3)为铝片。
7、根据权利要求1所述的圆柱电池防爆组合盖帽,其特征在于,所述的连接片(5)为铝片。
8、根据权利要求1所述的圆柱电池防爆组合盖帽,其特征在于,所述的防爆片(3)和连接片(5)之间为焊接连接。
