本实用新型具体是一种旋风收集器的下料装置。
背景技术
雷蒙磨是将大块状原材料破碎到所需的进料粒度后，由畚斗提升机将物料输送到储料仓，然后由电磁振动给料机均匀地送到主机的磨腔内，进入到磨腔的物料在磨辊与磨环之间研磨，粉磨后的粉子由风机气流带到分析机分级，达到细度要求的细粉随气流经管道进入旋风收集器内，进行分离收集，再经卸料器排出即为成品。旋风收集器必须保证良好的锁气性能，否则一旦漏气将影响成品的收集。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种旋风收集器的下料装置，采用两个锥体间隔打开的结构，保证了下料的同时不会漏风，提供了成品收效率。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种旋风收集器的下料装置，旋风收集器的底部为下料口，其特征在于：所述的下料口下方连接有集料斗，集料斗的底部有排料口，所述的下料口下端面上抵靠有第一锥体，第一锥体位于集料斗内，所述的排料口下端面抵靠有第二锥体，第一锥体、第二锥体分别悬挂于二个伸入到下料口、排料口内的杠杆端部。
本实用新型的第一锥体上的物料开始时关闭，当物料堆积到杠杆能承受的最大重量时，第一锥体打开，物料落入第二锥体上，第二锥体打开之前，第一锥体已关闭，保证了下料的同时不会漏风，提供了成品收效率。

参见图1，一种旋风收集器的下料装置，旋风收集器1的底部为下料口2，下料口2下方连接有集料斗3，集料斗3的底部有排料口4，下料口2下端面上抵靠有第一锥体5，第一锥体5位于集料斗3内，第一锥体5通过杠杆7装置支撑，排料口4下端面抵靠有第二锥体6，第二锥体6通过杠杆8装置支撑。
