背景技术:
现有扁平型直线电机为达到较好的散热效果,一般体积都比较大,但对于一些结构要求非常紧凑、安装空间受限制的设备来说,电机的体积大,无法满足电机安装空间受限制要求。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在相同推力条件下,体积小、散热效果好的扁平型直线电机纵向散热器散热结构。为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种扁平型直线电机纵向散热器散热结构,电机铁芯轭部上附着一层导热硅脂层,铁芯轭部纵向安装铝散热器,螺钉将铝散热器固定在铁芯轭部上。
本实用新型的技术实施效果:
1、电机在相同推力的条件下,体积小,重量轻,降低成本。
2、占用空间小,使结构更加紧凑,安装方便。
3、铁芯上部纵向安装铝散热器,增加散热面积,降低电机温升。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,一种扁平型直线电机纵向散热器散热结构,电机铁芯轭部3上附着一层导热硅脂层2,铁芯轭部3纵向安装铝散热器1,如图2所示,螺钉4将铝散热器1固定在铁芯轭部3上。
本实用新型制作时将电机铁芯轭部磨光,在铁芯轭部涂上均匀适量的导热硅脂,增强导热性。如图3所示,在铁芯轭部纵向安装铝散热器,用螺钉将铝散热器固定在铁芯上。本实用新型体积小,重量轻,降低成本,占用空间小,安装方便,增加散热面积,降低电机温升。
