本实用新型公开了一种颗粒燃料燃烧装置,包括燃料储存室和燃烧室,燃料储存室和燃烧室之间设置有燃料传输机构,燃烧室的下部分别安装有点火机构和鼓风电机组件,这种颗粒燃料燃烧装置结构简单,有利于降低生产成本,通过点火机构对颗粒燃料引燃,并利用鼓风电机组件对燃烧室鼓风供氧,提高了颗粒燃料的燃烧效率,使颗粒燃料燃烧装置具有稳定的性能。

背景技术
生物质颗粒燃料一般是由秸秆、稻草、树叶等经过粉碎压制而成。现在,农村农作物秸秆一般是通过直接在田间燃烧进行返田,直接焚烧返田给生态环境带来很大破坏,污染空气,影响飞行安全,同时也造成了资源的浪费。现有的生物质颗粒燃料燃烧装置,可以用于供热、供暖和作为炉具烹调之用,但是一般结构比较复杂,燃烧效率较低,性能不稳定。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单的颗粒燃料燃烧装置,具有高的燃烧效率和稳定的性能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的一种颗粒燃料燃烧装置,包括燃料储存室和燃烧室,所述燃料储存室和燃烧室之间设置有燃料传输机构,燃烧室的下部分别安装有点火机构和鼓风电机组件。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述燃料传输机构是螺杆机构。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述点火机构是高频脉冲点火器。
本实用新型的有益效果是:这种颗粒燃料燃烧装置结构简单,有利于降低生产成本,通过点火机构对颗粒燃料引燃,并利用鼓风电机组件对燃烧室鼓风供氧,提高了颗粒燃料的燃烧效率,使颗粒燃料燃烧装置具有稳定的性能。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3,本实用新型的一种颗粒燃料燃烧装置,包括燃料储存室1和燃烧室2,所述燃料储存室1和燃烧室2之间设置有燃料传输机构3,燃烧室2的下部分别安装有点火机构4和鼓风电机组件5。这种颗粒燃料燃烧装置结构简单,有利于降低生产成本,通过燃料传输机构3将燃料储存室1内的颗粒燃料输送到燃烧室2内,利用点火机构4对颗粒燃料引燃,并通过鼓风电机组件5对燃烧室2鼓风供氧,提高了颗粒燃料的燃烧效率,使颗粒燃料燃烧装置具有稳定的性能。
所述燃料传输机构3是螺杆机构,螺杆机构由减速电机组件6带动,通过螺杆机构的转动实现将燃料储存室1内的颗粒燃料持续输送到燃烧室2内,安全可靠。所述点火机构4是高频脉冲点火器,可以实现对颗粒燃料的快速引火。
为了方便作为烹调炉具的需要,所述燃烧室2的上方安装有火盆7。火盆7内设置有分火网8,使火苗的分布更均匀。
所述燃烧室2的下部设置有清灰插板9,经过长期使用后可以将清灰插板9移开,清理燃烧室内的灰烬,维护方便。
为了方便往燃料储存室1内添加颗粒燃料,燃料储存室1的上方设置有料斗10。
此外,所述燃料储存室1的侧面设置有控制系统11,可以根据操作者的温度需求调节温度,通过安装在燃烧室内的温度和火焰感应器向控制系统11提供温度信号,当温度超过设置温度时,减速电机组件6停止转动,送料停止。与此同时,鼓风电机组件5将降低间断鼓风的频率,使得燃料燃烧速度降低,燃烧室内温度下降。当温度降到设定温度时,减速电机组件6和鼓风电机组件5重新启动运作。

1.一种颗粒燃料燃烧装置,包括燃料储存室(1)和燃烧室(2),其特征在于所述燃料储存室(1)和燃烧室(2)之间设置有燃料传输机构(3),燃烧室(2)的下部分别安装有点火机构(4)和鼓风电机组件(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的颗粒燃料燃烧装置,其特征在于所述燃料传输机构(3)是螺杆机构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的颗粒燃料燃烧装置,其特征在于所述点火机构(4)是高频脉冲点火器。
4.根据权利要求2所述的颗粒燃料燃烧装置,其特征在于所述螺杆机构由减速电机组件(6)带动。
5.根据权利要求1、2或4所述的颗粒燃料燃烧装置,其特征在于所述燃烧室(2)的上方安装有火盆(7)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的颗粒燃料燃烧装置,其特征在于所述火盆(7)内设置有分火网(8)。
7.根据权利要求1、2或4所述的颗粒燃料燃烧装置,其特征在于所述燃烧室(2)的下部设置有清灰插板(9)。
8.根据权利要求1、2或4所述的颗粒燃料燃烧装置,其特征在于所述燃料储存室(1)的上方设置有料斗(10)。
9.根据权利要求1、2或4所述的颗粒燃料燃烧装置,其特征在于所述燃料储存室(1)的侧面设置有控制系统(11)。
