技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种螺旋缠绕钢丝的硅烷交联聚乙烯复合管。
背景技术
硅烷交联聚乙烯管是一种新型的管道材料,与聚乙烯管道比较,由于其化学交联后线形结构转变成三维网状结构,明显改善了聚乙烯的性能,其耐热性及热强度、耐热老化性、耐环境应力开裂性、电绝缘性、阻隔性、耐汽油和芳烃性、抗蠕变性、低温开裂性等都得到较大的提高,但因为硅烷交联聚乙烯管的热熔连接性和粘接性不好,很大程度限制了它在工程上的应用领域,我们发明了在硅烷交联聚乙烯管的外壁复合挤出一层热塑性塑料,管道的连接通过这层热塑性塑料可以熔接,也可以粘接,解决了管的连接困难,使硅烷交联聚乙烯管有了更广阔的应用领域,能更充分地发挥上述与聚乙烯管比较的性能优势。但是,若要承受更大的介质输送压力,纯塑料管及硅烷交联聚乙烯管以及硅烷交联聚乙烯与热塑性塑料的复合管会存在一定问题,因此人们发明了不少新产品,有在聚乙烯材料中和交联聚乙烯管壁中加金属骨架及缠绕钢丝的报道,但这些技术因骨架和钢丝与聚乙烯及交联聚乙烯之间没有通过粘结剂形成复合为一体的复合材料,强度增加是有限的,并不是真正意义的复合材料,因为管道连接后流体介质有可能从夹层结构中的钢丝穿过夹层,使钢丝的承压能力并没有发挥,反而是单层管壁受力,为此目前多种此类管仍只能采用金属夹紧式管道对管道连接防止流体进入夹层,这不能采用热熔融连接的方法永久性地连接管道。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种螺旋缠绕钢丝的硅烷交联聚乙烯复合管,以克服现有管承压能力低,并不是真正意义的复合材料的不足。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种螺旋缠绕钢丝的硅烷交联聚乙烯复合管,包括硅烷交联聚乙烯内层,所述硅烷交联聚乙烯内层的外壁上设有由粘接剂或粘接剂与聚合物共混物包覆的钢丝所形成的螺旋缠绕结构层,螺旋缠绕结构层的外壁上设有与所述螺旋缠绕结构层复合为一体的热塑性塑料外层。
本实用新型的有益效果为:承压能力高,扩大了硅烷交联聚乙烯管在中压工程中的应用领域。

如图1所示,本实用新型实施例所述的一种螺旋缠绕钢丝的硅烷交联聚乙烯复合管,包括硅烷交联聚乙烯内层1,所述硅烷交联聚乙烯内层1的外壁上设有由粘接剂或粘接剂与聚合物共混物包覆的钢丝所形成的螺旋缠绕结构层2,螺旋缠绕结构层2的外壁上设有与所述螺旋缠绕结构层2复合为一体的热塑性塑料外层3。
本实用新型实施例所述的一种螺旋缠绕钢丝的硅烷交联聚乙烯复合管的热塑性塑料外层3是采用聚烯烃塑料或聚氯乙烯或氯化聚乙烯或它们的纳米级聚合物。螺旋缠绕结构层2是由至少一根被粘结剂或粘结剂与聚合物共混物包覆的钢丝呈左旋方式和至少一根被粘结剂或粘结剂与聚合物共混物包覆的钢丝呈右旋方式交叉缠绕而成。

1、一种螺旋缠绕钢丝的硅烷交联聚乙烯复合管,包括硅烷交联聚乙烯内层(1),其特征在于:所述硅烷交联聚乙烯内层(1)的外壁上设有由粘接剂或粘接剂与聚合物共混物包覆的钢丝所形成的螺旋缠绕结构层(2),螺旋缠绕结构层(2)的外壁上设有与螺旋缠绕结构层(2)复合为一体的热塑性塑料外层(3)。
