光学用玻璃微珠,是玻璃工业的一种特种玻璃产品,它具有一定的化学稳定性、机械强度高、电绝缘性好并且完整、均匀、流动性好、不含任何有毒性重金属,既安全又无污染。其最独特的性能是具备玻璃原有的透明度,具有定向反光的回归性,但是现有玻璃珠的反光亮度较差。

本实用新型是为了解决现有的玻璃珠反光亮度差的问题,从而提供一种带有铝层的玻璃珠。
一种带有铝层的玻璃珠,它包括1.5μm~2.2μm折射率的玻璃珠,它还包括0.1μm~0.2μm厚的铝层,所述0.1μm~0.2μm厚的铝层半包裹并固定在1.5μm~2.2μm折射率的玻璃珠的外表面上,所述0.1μm~0.2μm厚的铝层的包裹面积为1.5μm~2.2μm折射率的玻璃珠表面积的45%~67%。
有益效果:本实用新型在折射率为1.5μm~2.2μm的玻璃珠外面包裹0.1μm~0.2μm厚铝层,通过铝的反光性能配合玻璃珠本身固有的定向反光回归性能,并现有的玻璃珠的反光亮度提高了35%以上,反光亮度高。

具体实施方式一、结合图1说明本具体实施方式,一种带有铝层的玻璃珠,它包括1.5μm~2.2μm折射率的玻璃珠2,它还包括0.1μm~0.2μm厚的铝层1,所述0.1μm~0.2μm厚的铝层1半包裹并固定在1.5μm~2.2μm折射率的玻璃珠2的外表面上,所述0.1μm~0.2μm厚的铝层1的包裹面积为1.5μm~2.2μm折射率的玻璃珠2表面积的45%~67%。
本发明的工艺方法:合格原料经过破碎、筛分、计量后,混合成配合料,配合料在熔窑内熔化为玻璃液,熔窑成型部装有单孔铂漏板,熔化后的玻璃液从漏板孔流出形成玻璃液流股,流股垂直落入离心器内,离心器高速旋转,借助离心力迫使玻璃液通过离心器周壁上的小孔甩出并经由高温区后成珠,收集此玻璃珠,并对之进行退火,消除或减小玻璃珠中的热应力,即得到本实用新型所述的玻璃珠,将获得的玻璃珠置于凹形槽内,且使玻璃珠的45%~67%露出凹形槽外,在露出凹形槽外的玻璃珠均匀喷涂铝液,待铝液凝固后获得本实用新型。
具体实施方式二、本具体实施方式与具体实施方式一所述的一种带有铝层的玻璃珠的区别在于,1.5μm~2.2μm折射率的玻璃珠2的粒径为300μm~2000μm。

1.一种带有铝层的玻璃珠,它包括1.5μm~2.2μm折射率的玻璃珠(2),其特征是:它还包括0.1μm~0.2μm厚的铝层(1),所述0.1μm~0.2μm厚的铝层(1)半包裹并固定在1.5μm~2.2μm折射率的玻璃珠(2)的外表面上,所述0.1μm~0.2μm厚的铝层(1)的包裹面积为1.5μm~2.2μm折射率的玻璃珠(2)表面积的45%~67%。
