本实用新型涉及一种厌氧干发酵罐,其特征在于:由沼液容器和扣在沼液容器上的拱形上盖构成,所述拱形上盖和沼液容器之间设有一具有滤孔的隔板,所述拱形上盖顶部设有甲烷气体排出管道,所述沼液容器下部设有沼液排出管道及水泵,所述水泵的输出端连接有伸入到拱形上盖内腔的沼液循环喷头。该装置设计合理,构造简单,能够有效避免易酸化问题,同时有效收集了甲烷气体,能够防止二次污染。

本实用新型涉及一种厌氧干发酵罐。
背景技术
现今,畜禽粪便的处理主要通过好氧堆肥处理,一方面占地面积较大,且容易产生恶臭,另一方面也造成了甲烷等能源气体直接排放大气,产生了二次污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种厌氧干发酵罐,该装置设计合理,构造简单,能够有效避免易酸化问题,同时有效收集了甲烷气体,能够防止二次污染。
本实用新型的厌氧干发酵罐是这样的:它是由沼液容器和扣在沼液容器上的拱形上盖构成,所述拱形上盖和沼液容器之间设有一具有滤孔的隔板,所述拱形上盖顶部设有甲烷气体排出管道,所述沼液容器下部设有沼液排出管道及水泵,所述水泵的输出端连接有伸入到拱形上盖内腔的沼液循环喷头。
本实用新型的显著优点是:设计合理,构造简单,通过采用沼液循环利用以解决易酸化问题,同时有效收集了甲烷气体,能够防止二次污染。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步的阐述。
如图所示,本实用新型的厌氧干发酵罐是由沼液容器9和扣在沼液容器上的拱形上盖5构成,所述拱形上盖和沼液容器之间设有一具有滤孔12的隔板8,所述拱形上盖顶部设有甲烷气体排出管道6,所述沼液容器下部设有沼液排出管道1及水泵11,所述水泵的输出端连接有伸入到拱形上盖内腔的沼液循环喷头7。
上述的拱形上盖和沼液容器的连接周部外缘分别设有对接凸环3、14,所述对接凸环经螺栓连接件2连接,其中螺栓连接件为可移动压紧螺栓。
上述的沼液容器与拱形上盖的对接凸环相对接的一侧设有环状的凹槽,所述凹槽内镶设有橡皮垫13。
上述的拱形上盖与隔板连接成一体,其内腔内环设有一砖墙4。这样,畜禽粪便就被装在砖墙与隔板所形成的容置空间内,其侧压由砖墙来承受,以保护拱形上盖不会因受压过大而变形损坏。
上述的沼液排出管道与水泵的输入端之间的连接管道上设有手动开关10。
上述的拱形上盖、沼液容器和隔板均采用玻璃钢材料制成。
本实用新型主要通过厌氧发酵原理进行粪便处理,通过将粪便置于厌氧干发酵罐内,使其进行厌氧发酵。由于隔板设有滤孔,因此沼液可通过滤孔渗漏到沼液容器内,再通过沼液排出管道被水泵抽出后,经沼液循环喷头喷洒在粪便上,通过沼液循环利用以解决易酸化问题。
厌氧发酵所产生的甲烷气体经拱形上盖顶部的甲烷气体排出管道排出,可防止因甲烷气体扩散到空气中而造成的污染。
虽然本实用新型已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本实用新型的,任何所属技术领域中具有通常知识者,在不脱离本实用新型的的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更动与润饰,因此本实用新型的保护范围当视权利要求书的申请专利范围所界定者为准。

1.一种厌氧干发酵罐,其特征在于:由沼液容器和扣在沼液容器上的拱形上盖构成,所述拱形上盖和沼液容器之间设有一具有滤孔的隔板,所述拱形上盖顶部设有甲烷气体排出管道,所述沼液容器下部设有沼液排出管道及水泵,所述水泵的输出端连接有伸入到拱形上盖内腔的沼液循环喷头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的厌氧干发酵罐,其特征在于:所述拱形上盖和沼液容器的连接周部外缘分别设有对接凸环,所述对接凸环经螺栓连接件连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的厌氧干发酵罐,其特征在于:所述沼液容器与拱形上盖的对接凸环相对接的一侧设有环状的凹槽,所述凹槽内镶设有橡皮垫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的厌氧干发酵罐,其特征在于:所述拱形上盖与隔板连接成一体,其内腔内环设有一砖墙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的厌氧干发酵罐,其特征在于:所述沼液排出管道上设有手动开关。
6.根据权利要求1所述的厌氧干发酵罐,其特征在于:所述拱形上盖、沼液容器和隔板均采用玻璃钢材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的厌氧干发酵罐,其特征在于:所述螺栓连接件为可移动压紧螺栓。
