沼气是一种以农作物秸秆、人畜粪便等生物废料为原料生产的清洁、高效的可再生性生物能源。发展沼气生产对于改善的能源结构,保护生态环境,促进社会可持续健康和谐发展,具有十分重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。但现有的沼气生产装置通常是采用在底下挖坑,再用砖砌壁制成,在使用过程中,由于会受到土体的挤压作用,导致沼气生产装置的墙壁发生变形漏气,严重影响沼气生产装置的正常运行。此外,现有的沼气生产装置在冬季会由于环境气气温降低而不能产生充足的沼气。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种密封性能好,使用寿命长,在寒冷的冬季也能产生充足的沼气的日光照射增温沼气池。
本实用新型日光照射增温沼气池,包括采用水泥或玻璃钢制成的底板,底板的上端设有采用水泥或玻璃钢制成的筒体,筒体的底端具有法兰盘,所述底板的边缘处设有多个螺栓,底板和筒体通过多个穿过法兰盘的螺栓固定相连,筒体的顶部设有透光材料制成的密封顶罩,密封顶罩上设有沼气排出管,沼气排出管上串联有截门,所述筒体侧壁的上部设有进料口,进料口处设有进料门,所述筒体侧壁的下部设有出料口,出料口处设有出料门。

如图1所示,本实用新型的日光照射增温沼气池,包括采用水泥或玻璃钢制成的底板1,底板1的上端设有采用水泥或玻璃钢制成的筒体2,筒体2的底端具有法兰盘6,底板1的边缘处设有多个螺栓,底板1和筒体2通过多个穿过法兰盘6的螺栓固定相连,筒体2的顶部设有透光材料制成的密封顶罩3,密封顶罩3包括外罩和内罩,外罩和内罩之间为隔热空腔,以提高保温效果。密封顶罩3上设有沼气排出管7,沼气排出管7上串联有截门,筒体2侧壁的上部设有进料口,进料口处设有进料门4,筒体2侧壁的下部设有出料口,出料口处设有出料门5。
上述筒体2的横截面可以为矩形或圆形,密封顶罩3的外罩和内罩分别为中部向上凸起的拱形的壳体,密封顶罩3也可以是水平的。
上述筒体2可以为低端大、顶端小的锥形筒。
本实用新型的日光照射增温沼气池在使用时,可打开进料门4,通过进料口将农作物秸秆、人畜粪便等生物废料投入筒体2内,也可打开出料门5,通过出料口将用过的废料清理出筒体2,生成的沼气通过沼气排出管7引出筒体2。由于筒体2的顶部设有透光材料制成的密封顶罩3,在寒冷的冬季可通过日照提高筒体2内的温度,故在寒冷的冬季也能产生充足的沼气。因此,本实用新型的日光照射增温沼气池,可产生很好的社会效益和极高的经济效益。
