本实用新型公开了一种扁球形塑料沼气池，属于将人、禽、畜粪尿等有机物进行厌氧发酵产生出沼气的装置。包括进料口(1)、进料管(2)、发酵间(3)、贮气间(4)、天窗盖(5)、出料管(6)、水压间(7)、导气管(9)和贮粪池(10)，活塞式抽料器(8)插入发酵间底部中央，并与水压间(7)固定连接，产气率高，轻巧易装配，是新一代沼气池，值得在农村推广应用。

本实用新型涉及一种扁球形塑料沼气池，属于将人、禽、畜粪尿等有机物进行厌氧发酵产生出沼气的装置。
背景技术
目前，我国农村户用沼气池基本上是采用混凝土现浇建造，有个别地方采用预制钢筋砼板(件)组装。经多年实践证明，以混凝土现浇或混凝土建材预制件建造沼气池都难于实现沼气池生产的产业化，不适应当前大规模推广的需要，也难以保证建池质量的标准化、规模化。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了实现农村户用沼气池的标准化、规范化、产业化、商品化。
上述目的是这样实现的：发酵池形结构为扁球形，部件多为改性塑料组装粘结或铆接而成。发酵工艺为中层进、出料、底层抽料搅拌，池地表面设计有利于“三结合”(沼气池、厕所、畜厩)及综合利用。
扁球形塑料沼气池，包括进料口、进料管、发酵间、贮气间、天窗盖、出料管、水压间、导气管和贮粪池，进、出料管分别连接在扁球形发酵间两侧中部，活塞式抽料器穿过水压间和出料管插入发酵间底部中央，上端砌在水压间侧壁墙体上，在出料管端口处用卡子卡住，各连接件用粘结剂粘结。
这种扁球形塑料沼气池，构思巧妙，设计合理，有效地解决了砼现浇和钢筋砼板(件)笨重、运输困难等问题。塑料沼气池密闭好，利于提高沼气池密封、保温性能和提高产气率高。是能够进行产业化生产的新型沼气池，值得在农村大力推广应用。

扁球形塑料沼气池，包括进料口1、进料管2、发酵间3、贮气间4、天窗盖5、出料管6、水压间7、导气管9和贮粪池10，进、出料管2、6分别连接在扁球形发酵间4两侧中部，活塞式抽料器8穿过水压间7和出料管6插入发酵间底部中央，上端砌在水压间7侧壁墙体上，在出料管6端口处用卡子卡住，各连接件用粘结剂粘结或铆接。
发酵原料由进料口加入到扁球形发酵间，发酵间液面以上为贮气间。原料在发酵间3发酵生成沼气，在水压间7的作用下由导气管9引出输入灶体使用。出料管6可自流排料和把水压间料液回流增加发酵间压力排出沼气的作用。拉动抽料器操作杆11可将发酵间底部沉渣抽到贮粪池，同时对发酵间料液起到搅拌作用，可减少料液表面结壳影响产气。

1.一种扁球形塑料沼气池，包括进料口(1)、进料管(2)、发酵间(3)、贮气间(4)、天窗盖(5)、出料管(6)、水压间(7)、导气管(9)和贮粪池(10)，其特征在于：进、出料管(2)、(6)分别连接在扁球形发酵间(4)两侧中部，活塞式抽料器(8)穿过水压间(7)和出料管(6)插入发酵间底部中央，上端砌在水压间(7)侧壁墙体上，在出料管(6)端口处用卡子卡住，各连接件用粘结剂粘结或铆接。
