为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种卧式运转装置，包括提门机构、压缩机构、散装垃圾运入、推料机构和侧推机构，侧推机构进行一次压缩，然后主压头垂直压缩，推料机构将压实的垃圾块推入垃圾集装箱运走，工作效率高，日处理量大。压缩机构设置在垃圾集装箱上方，推料机构与垃圾集装箱对接，提门机构设计在垃圾集装箱一侧。
