背景技术
目前，国内在管道堵漏技术领域内还缺少专门的工具，在具体操作中采用以堵为主的方法，在管道内部压力较大的情况下，方法难以奏效，而且存在安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种设计合理、结构简单、使用安全、方便的夹板、阀门式管道堵漏装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种夹板、阀门式管道堵漏装置，包括阀门和通过螺栓相互对接的上夹板与下夹板，其特征在于：所述上夹板的内表面上设置有泄流孔，泄流孔与阀门的进口连通。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：本实用新型设计合理，结构简单，其工作原理采用泄、堵结合，使用安全、方便，适用于石油、化工、给排水以及冶金等众多行业的各种有毒、有害、具有腐蚀性、可燃性、具有一定压力的液体、气体的圆形输送管道的堵漏，工作时管道内的压力可达1.5MPa以上。本装置可适用于点状漏洞的堵漏，也适用于一定尺寸的径向及轴向裂缝的堵漏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
如图1所示，本实用新型包括阀门1和通过螺栓4相互对接的上夹板2与下夹板3，所述上夹板2的内表面上设置有泄流孔5，泄流孔5与阀门1的进口连通。
为提高夹板的夹紧和密封效果，所述上夹板2和下夹板3的横断面为圆弧形，在上夹板2和下夹板3的连接处设置密封条6，或在上夹板2和下夹板3的内表面上设置密封垫8。
本实用新型堵漏装置是将上夹板2与阀门1(根据实际情况和工作环境，阀门1可选用通流口及通流面积比较明显的球阀、蝶阀或闸阀)通过管接头组合为一体。制作中管接头也可以不要，将上夹板2直接与阀门1通过螺纹连接，以便减少装置的外形尺寸以适应狭窄环境的需要。
本实用新型工作时，首先对管体7泄漏处的周围进行清理，并靠近泄漏处将带有阀门1的上夹板2和下夹板3环绕管体7并用螺栓4连接，此时的螺栓4不要拧得太紧，以便于移动。将本装置沿管体7移至泄漏处，使管体7上的泄漏孔与上夹板2上的泄流孔5对齐，此时阀门1是打开的，管体7内的压力、气体或液体均可通过泄流孔5从阀门1泄出。继续拧紧螺栓4，使上夹板2和下夹板3与管体7紧密接合、密封。当管体7内的流体及压力只能通过阀门1泄出时，关闭阀门1，堵漏工作结束。

1、一种夹板、阀门式管道堵漏装置，包括阀门(1)和通过螺栓(4)相互对接的上夹板(2)与下夹板(3)，其特征在于：所述上夹板(2)的内表面上设置有泄流孔(5)，泄流孔(5)与阀门(1)的进口连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的夹板、阀门式管道堵漏装置，其特征在于：所述上夹板(2)和下夹板(3)的横断面为圆弧形。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的夹板、阀门式管道堵漏装置，其特征在于：所述上夹板(2)和下夹板(3)的连接处设置有密封条(6)。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的夹板、阀门式管道堵漏装置，其特征在于：所述上夹板(2)和下夹板(3)的内表面上设置有密封垫(8)。
