本发明涉及一种机械铰链结构，特别是带密封的机械铰链结构。
背景技术
现有的机械铰链结构，多采用的是两铰链页端面卷曲形成套筒孔，一根轴将两铰链的套筒孔穿联而成。但两铰链间均有间隙，不能密封。并且外观上没有整体感，线条被铰链打断。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中机械铰链结构不密封、外观上没有整体感的问题，本发明提供一种结构简单，内外密封的铰链。本发明设计一种机械密封铰链结构，包括铰链座(1)、铰链页(2)，其特征在于：铰链座(1)是采用螺旋线形成，铰链页(2)沿着铰链座(1)的螺旋线壁形成。
本发明与现有技术相比较有如下有益效果：避免现机械式铰链不能全密封的缺陷、外观上没有整体感的问题。采用该机械结构后：铰链页(2)相对铰链座(1)转动，0度时，铰链页(2)与铰链座(1)曲线内吻合；转动到转不动时，铰链页(2)与铰链座(1)曲线外吻合，由此起密封作用。并且，外观线条通畅，连贯。

下面结合附图1、附图2对本发明作进一步描述：本发明包括铰链座(1)、铰链页(2)，其特征在于：铰链座(1)是采用螺旋线形成，铰链页(2)沿着铰链座(1)的螺旋线内壁形成。螺旋线可以采用阿基米德螺旋线。铰链座(1)、铰链页(2)转动0度时，铰链页(2)与铰链座(1)曲线内吻合；转动到转不动时，铰链页(2)与铰链座(1)曲线外吻合，由此起密封作用。该铰链适用于密封要求不高，门的全长使用该铰链的地方，如客车行李仓门，乘客折叠门，各种挡灰尘、挡视野、隔断空气对流的翻板等。
