本发明涉及一种五边形刮板,可广泛应用于刮板捞渣机及其他刮板输送机中。
背景技术
现有的刮板,一般为三角形截面刮板或矩形截面刮板。其中三角形截面刮板应用较为广泛,目前国内超过60%的刮板捞渣机使用这种型式的刮板。其结构特点是中空的三角形截面,刮板主体为角钢,封板使刮板成为一个封闭的三角形截面,封板与角钢交接处焊接耐磨条。尽管这种结构形式刮板刚性足、承载能力大、不易弯曲变形,但因其与输送设备壳体底板的接触摩擦面太窄,实际使用中存在磨损快、寿命低的缺陷。又因耐磨条磨损的同时,刮板主体也受磨损,其重复修复工艺性差。而矩形截面刮板为针对三角形截面刮板缺点的改进型,最近刚开始在刮板捞渣机及其他刮板输送设备中应用。其结构为中空的矩形截面,刮板主体为槽钢,封板使刮板成为一个封闭的矩形截面,槽钢上下平面贴焊耐磨板。因这种结构形式的耐磨板整个平面与与输送设备壳体底板接触,摩擦面大,大大增加了抗磨损能力,刮板寿命得以提高;又因耐磨条磨损时不磨损刮板主体,其重复修复工艺性也变好。但矩形截面刮板在承载受力方向的抗弯截面较三角形截面刮板明显减小,抗弯能力差,当刮板宽度较大时,其在使用中存在承载能力小、易于弯曲变形的缺点,限制了其应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种刚性足、承载能力大、不易弯曲变形、耐磨性及可重复修复工艺性能好的五边形刮板。
为了达到上述目的,本发明五边形刮板,包括槽钢本体,分别固定在槽钢本体上部和下部的耐磨板,V型口对着槽口、固定在槽钢本体开口端上端部和下端部并使槽钢本体槽口封闭的V型封板。
本发明五边形刮板,为中空的五边形截面结构,刮板主体为槽钢,封板采用钢板折弯成型,也可采用二块钢板拼接出此形,槽钢与封板固定使刮板成为一个封闭的五边形截面,槽钢上下平面固定耐磨板。
本发明五边形刮板,由于承载受力方向对着槽钢和封板“V”型口组成的承载结构,该种结构使承载受力方向的抗弯截面模量较矩形截面刮板增大。从而使其既具有传统的三角形截面刮板的刚性足、承载能力大、不易弯曲变形的优点,又使刮板的耐磨性能及可重复修复工艺性能得以提高和完善。
综上所述,本发明五边形刮板,刚性足,承载能力大,不易弯曲变形,耐磨性及可重复修复工艺性能好。
