粮食主要指经脱粒后的谷物和豆类，如稻谷、小麦、玉米、黄豆等。通常的粮食干燥装置存在结构较复杂、耗能较高、不能连续干燥等缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种改进的粮食干燥装置，该装置结构简单，既可制成小型农家用机具，也可制成大型工业粮食干燥机具，耗能较低，只须向料斗不断加入粮食即可连续作业。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该粮食干燥装置有风机，可选用风压较高形式风机。有干燥筒，干燥筒可用金属或无毒塑料等材料制作。干燥筒的上端有进料口。进料口有进料控制件。进料口上连接料斗。干燥筒的下端有出料口，出料口有出料控制件。干燥筒下端有底。底有进风孔，底可用金属网制作，透气但粮食不能漏出，底可为漏斗形。底连接风道，风道连接风机。风道连接加热器，可用电热器。干燥筒的上端有排气窗，以免较热湿气进入料斗，熏湿料斗中粮食，产生冷凝水，排气窗可用金属网制作，透气但粮食不能漏出。干燥筒多处可设置测温件、测湿件等。本实用新型可根据需要连接电脑、指示、显示、调速、调温、控制、自动控制、报警、输送带等多种设施。
本实用新型因为粮食从料斗通过进料口进入干燥筒，干燥热风从底进入干燥筒后，由下至上对粮食加热吸湿形成湿气后从干燥筒上端排出，热能热气得以较充分利用，粮食最干的在下端，最湿的在上端，中部是渐进性变化，排出的总是最干的。通过调节出料速度、加热器功率、风机转速等，可有效控制粮食的干燥质量，所以本实用新型结构较简单，较节能，容易操作，易于实现连续作业，不易损坏。
