背景技术
现有的,6-FM-0.8阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池组装是采用先单个极群焊接,再将极群插入电池槽,然后用锡焊将正负极群连接。这种组装方式存在以下弊端:隔板容易脏污,极群插入电池槽后又需用锡焊将单个极群串联,容易产生漏铅、铅泪、虚焊等不良现象,生产效率低,材料成本高,质量隐患多。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种密封铅酸蓄电池组装用夹具。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种密封铅酸蓄电池组装用夹具,包括:端头梳板、压条、中间梳板、中间关板、间条、尾端梳板和模盒;所述端头梳板和尾端梳板与压条配合,中间关板与中间梳板相互配合,并通过间条紧固,其组成一个整体后水平置于模盒上。
其中,所述模盒采用褡裢与销钉连接,具有自锁功能。

本实用新型通过采用极群直接装入电池槽,并以多块关、梳板、压条组合,间条紧固,带自锁装置的模盒固定电池,结构新颖,简单实用,一次可焊接4只6-FM-0.8阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池。因此,隔板不易脏污,汇流排焊接质量好,材料成本低,生产效率高。

请参阅图2所示,包括:端头梳板1、压条2、中间梳板3、中间关板4、间条5、尾端梳板6和模盒7,模盒7采用褡裢与销钉连接,具有自锁功能,端头梳板1、尾端梳板6与压条2配合,中间关板4与中间梳板3相互配合,间条5起紧固作用,组成一个整体后水平置于模盒7上,如图1所示。
上述各组件均有A3钢材料制成。
本实用新型工作原理:极群插入电池槽并整形后装进模盒,一盒装4只,电池同向正立摆放,锁紧模盒,卡好关板、梳板、压条和间条,用乙炔烧焊,确认汇流排焊好并待铅液凝固后拆卸间条、压条、梳板和关板,打开模盒取出电池即可转入下道工序。
