背景技术:
目前在各种工业用散热器中,除了常用水喷淋的方法外,自然空气冷却因为节水性能的原因也日益被普及。无论是用水喷淋,还是自然风冷,往往都需要使用大功率风扇来强制排风,在制造噪音的同时,也消耗了巨大能量。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种利用自然风,通过柱形引风系统,会聚风力,使散热器高效工作的一种结构。
本实用新型的上述目的的是这样实现的,在散热器上方或下方设置柱形引风器,柱形引风器以一定间隔,密布可调引风窗开口,内设上升或下降螺旋形引风板,自然风在引风窗被引入后,沿螺旋板上升或下降,并风力不断得到加强,最后以较高风量吹过散热器片,从而达到高效散热的目的。
本实用新型的优势在于:利用自然风来冷却散热器,无需大功率风扇来强制排风,节约了能耗,降低了噪音。
