Abstract
本实用新型提供高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,包括高压变频器安装在高压变频器柜内,其特征在于:包括热风通道、水冷散热器、冷却水通道,高压变频器柜顶部连接热风通道的进风口,热风通道的出风口连接水冷散热器外壳的顶部的进风口,水冷散热器外壳的出风口上设置有百叶窗,高压变频器柜下部设置有具有百叶窗的进风口,水冷散热器的外壳内设置有换热管,水冷散热器的换热管连接冷却水通道。将高压变频器的热风通过风道引至水冷散热器进行热交换,由冷却水将变频器散失的热量带走,风机将经降温的冷空气排回高压变频器柜内。低于30℃的冷却水通过水冷散热装置,将高压变频器柜内的环境温度调节至40℃以下,满足高压变频器对环境运行的要求。

背景技术
[0002] 目前,各种高压变频器的工作效率通常为96% -98%,其中2% -4%的功率损耗主要以热量的形式散失在周边环境中。如果不能及时有效的降低高压变频器机房的环境温度,将直接危及变频器本体的安全,这就要求必须保证高压变频器机房的温度在_5°C至40 0C,以确保高压变频器长期、稳定、高效运行。
[0003] 常规高压变频器一般采用风冷降温,其布置充分考虑元件发热因素,柜内风扇与变频器采用闭锁装置,只有风扇启动变频器才能运行。设置一定的散热空间距离及风冷通道,同时装设排气扇等机械通风装置。变频器室内设置空调,用于调节室内温度。采用此种技术,夏季高温天气时,高压变频器经常超温报警,影响高压变频器的工作性能,甚至导致部分部件损坏,从而使高压变频器无法工作。且变频器室内空调调节室内温度能力差,能耗大。

[0018] 本实用新型高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,在高压变频器柜的出风口连接热风通道,热风通道与水冷散热器连接。高压变频器柜内的热空气从热风通道流向水冷散热器,水冷散热器内的换热管道冷却热空气,冷却后的空气从水冷散热器的出风口吹出并通过高压变频器柜的进风口进入高压变频器柜。经过水冷散热器内的冷却水与空气的热交换,使得空气冷却降温,冷空气流入高压变频器柜进而使整个高压变频器柜温度降低。由于热空气向上运动,因而在高压变频器柜的顶部设置出风口,在高压变频器柜的下部设置进风口,使得热空气从高压变频器柜顶部流出,冷空气从高压变频器柜底部流入,对高压变频器柜内的设备进行冷却降温,使高压变频器的散热效率更高,更节能。

具体实施方式
[0023] 高压变频器安装在高压变频器柜。如图1所示,本实用新型高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,包括热风通道、水冷散热器、冷却水通道,高压变频器柜顶部连接热风通道的进风口,热风通道的出风口连接水冷散热器外壳的顶部的进风口,水冷散热器外壳的出风口上设置有百叶窗,高压变频器柜下部设置有具有百叶窗的进风口,水冷散热器的外壳内设置有换热管,水冷散热器的换热管连接冷却水通道。冷却后的空气从水冷散热器外壳的出风口上设置的百叶窗出去,再从高压变频器柜下部设置的具有百叶窗的进风口进入高压变频器柜。低于30°C的冷却水通过水冷散热器,将高压变频器柜内的环境温度调节至40°C以下,满足高压变频器对环境运行的要求。
[0024] 本实用新型高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,还包括主风道,多个高压变频器柜的热风通道的出风口汇集连接至总风道的进风口,总风道出风口连接水冷散热器外壳的进风口。根据高压变频器柜总数,通常6-8个高压变频器柜用一套辅助水冷散热系统,由每个高压变频器柜的顶部引出一段热风通道集合到一个总风道。本实施例中,为简化视图,只画出3个高压变频器柜。

[0028] 冷却水通道的供水通道连接换热管位于水冷散热器外壳下部空腔内的一端,冷却水通道的回水通道连接同一根换热管位于水冷散热器外壳上部空腔内的一端。冷却水从换热管位于水冷散热器外壳下部空腔内的一端流入换热管,再从换热管位于水冷散热器外壳上部空腔内的一端流出并经回水通道流走。
[0029] 水冷散热器的外壳由直径不同的两部分组成,靠近外壳进风口的部分内径大,靠近外壳出风口的部分内径小,内径不同的两部分通过锥面过渡,在锥面上设置有进风孔,进风孔通过管道连接高压变频器柜的顶部。这样,能够形成文氏管效应,由于水冷散热器的外壳的内径由大变小,因此,在锥面处形成负压,使得锥面上设置的进风孔通过管道能更好地抽吸高压变频器柜内热空气,提高散热效率。
[0030] 在水冷散热器的外壳大内径部分及小内径部分及锥形过渡面形成的空腔中均设置有换热管。
[0031] 换热管为多根,多根换热管并行设置,每根换热管在水冷散热器的外壳形成的空腔中蛇形盘绕设置。每根换热管在水冷散热器的外壳形成的空腔中蛇形盘绕设置,换热管先在一个平面蛇形盘绕,之后延伸至另一平行平面再蛇形盘绕,所述平面与空气流动方向垂直交叉。
[0032] 本实用新型高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,在高压变频器柜的出风口连接热风通道,热风通道与水冷散热器连接。高压变频器柜内的热空气从热风通道流向水冷散热器,水冷散热器内的换热管道冷却热空气,冷却后的空气从水冷散热器的出风口吹出并通过高压变频器柜的进风口进入高压变频器柜。经过水冷散热器内的冷却水与空气的热交换,使得空气冷却降温,冷空气流入高压变频器柜进而使整个高压变频器柜温度降低。由于热空气向上运动,因而在高压变频器柜的顶部设置出风口,在高压变频器柜的下部设置进风口,使得热空气从高压变频器柜顶部流出,冷空气从高压变频器柜底部流入,对高压变频器柜内的设备进行冷却降温,使高压变频器的散热效率更高,更节能。

Claims (10)
1.高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,高压变频器安装在高压变频器柜内,其特征在于:包括热风通道、水冷散热器、冷却水通道,高压变频器柜顶部连接热风通道的进风口,热风通道的出风口连接水冷散热器外壳的顶部的进风口,水冷散热器外壳的出风口上设置有百叶窗,高压变频器柜下部设置有具有百叶窗的进风口,水冷散热器的外壳内设置有换热管,水冷散热器的换热管连接冷却水通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,其特征在于:还包括主风道,多个高压变频器柜的热风通道的出风口汇集连接至总风道的进风口,总风道出风口连接水冷散热器外壳的进风口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,其特征在于:在总风道里安装有增压风机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,其特征在于:冷却水通道包括供水通道和回水通道,水冷散热器的换热管两端分别连接供水通道和回水通道。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,其特征在于:换热管在水冷散热器外壳空腔中多层次排列,换热管沿水冷散热器进风口-出风口的方向逐层排列,其每层换热管数量逐渐增减少。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,其特征在于:冷却水通道连接循环水贮水装置。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,其特征在于:换热管为多根,多根换热管并行设置,每根换热管在水冷散热器的外壳形成的空腔中蛇形盘绕设置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,其特征在于:每根换热管在水冷散热器的外壳形成的空腔中蛇形盘绕设置,换热管先在一个平面蛇形盘绕,之后延伸至另一平行平面再蛇形盘绕,所述平面与空气流动方向垂直交叉。
9.根据权利要求8所述的高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,其特征在于:冷却水通道的供水通道连接换热管位于水冷散热器外壳下部空腔内的一端,冷却水通道的回水通道连接同一根换热管位于水冷散热器外壳上部空腔内的一端。
10.根据权利要求1所述的高压变频器辅助水冷散热系统,其特征在于:水冷散热器的外壳由直径不同的两部分组成,靠近外壳进风口的部分内径大,靠近外壳出风口的部分内径小,内径不同的两部分通过锥面过渡,在锥面上设置有进风孔,进风孔通过管道连接高压变频器柜的顶部。
