目前,市场上销售的取暖、烧水、洗浴锅炉,通常的设计结构为:炉体设有水套夹层或排管,炉体内由下到上依次设有落灰室、炉排、燃烧室;燃煤直接燃烧,这种锅炉存在的问题是燃料燃烧不充分,烟气中飘浮颗粒较多。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种方体常压反烧煤转气环保锅炉,主要针对目前民用常压锅炉燃料燃烧不充分、热效率低、烟气较大、功能单一的的缺点。通过使燃煤转化为可燃气体并充分燃烧及对锅炉综合性能的优化设计,使其成为具有较高的热效率,烟尘排放小,功能较全的多用途节能煤气锅炉。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
方体常压反烧煤转气环保锅炉,炉篦上面为煤气发生室,炉篦下面为储气室,储气室通过煤气通道连接煤气引燃室,煤气引燃室水套连接热交换室的水套与煤气发生室、储气室水套相通。
锅炉可以是煤气发生室、储气室、煤气引燃室和热交换室为对称的双体结构。

其运行原理为,锅炉运行时,在煤气发生室燃煤中加入适当的水或水蒸气,引燃燃煤,调节风量和水蒸气量使燃煤转化为煤气,煤气由储气室进入煤气引燃室之后,在气流冲击下,燃烧形成动力火场进入热交换室,由于热交换器内部水道较长,延长了煤气火在热交换室内停留的时间,增加了燃烧强度,提高了热效率,从而实现高效节能的目的,达到降低污染物排放的目的。
