本实用新型涉及一种竹集成材的组坯结构,其包括中心层和两侧外层,中心层由两弧形竹条的内弧面或外弧面相向并列形成,两侧外层由若干弧形竹条的内弧面或外弧面均面向中心层对称排列形成。采用本实用新型,可以利用竹梢薄竹根厚的弧形竹条制作竹集成材或其它竹板材的坯板,不仅能提高竹原料的利用率,节约生产成本,同时,按竹的结构相向对称排列组坯方式,在制成竹集成材或其它竹板材后,可减小内应力,提高强度,使之不易变形。

本实用新型涉及一种竹集成材的组坯结构。
背景技术
目前,我们在生产竹集成材坯板的过程中,一种方式是用加工成矩形的竹条,分若干层组坯,同层之间由竹条的径面与径面拼接,层与层之间由竹条的弦面与弦面拼接,即所谓的平压坯板;另一种是加工成矩形的竹条,全部由竹条的弦面与弦面拼接而成,即所谓的侧压坯板。采用上述两种方法制成的竹集成材或其它竹板材的坯板,由于在生产过程中需要将原来的竹梢薄竹根厚的弧形竹条刨成竹梢竹根相同厚度的矩形竹条,因此,竹原料的利用率相当低,一般只有40%左右。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供能提高竹原料利用率的一种竹集成材的组坯结构。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是:一种竹集成材的组坯结构,包括中心层和两侧外层,其特征在于中心层由两弧形竹条的内弧面或外弧面相向并列构成,两侧外层由若干弧形竹条的内弧面面向中心层对称排列形成,或是两侧外层由若干弧形竹条的外弧面面向中心层对称排列形成。
采用本发明方法,可以利用竹梢薄竹根厚的弧形竹条制作竹集成材或其它竹板材的坯板,不仅能提高竹原料的利用率,节约生产成本,同时,按竹的结构相向对称排列组坯方式,在制成竹集成材或其它竹板材后,可减小内应力,提高强度,使之不易变形。

具体实施方式
参照图1,将竹去除竹青内黄后,制成竹梢薄竹根厚的弧形竹条,以竹集成材的宽度的中心线为对称线,在对称线处由两弧形竹条的内弧面相向并列形成中心层1,再在中心层1的两侧对称排列若干条内弧面朝向中心层1的弧形竹条2形成外层,组成坯板。显然,也可在对称线处由两弧形竹条的外弧面相向并列形成中心层1;或是在中心层1的两侧对称排列若干条外弧面朝向中心层1的弧形竹条2形成外层,组成坯板。

1、一种竹集成材的组坯结构,包括中心层和两侧外层,其特征在于中心层由两弧形竹条的内弧面或外弧面相向并列形成,两侧外层由若干弧形竹条的内弧面面向中心层对称排列形成,或是两侧外层由若干弧形竹条的外弧面面向中心层对称排列形成。
