高密度竹展平板,属于竹产品技术领域,由毛竹展开而成,其特征在于所述的展平板包括竹青层、竹黄层,展平板左右边侧为与板表面垂直且相互平行的平整结构。本实用新型具有高密度、高强度的特点,并且整个板面和边侧均为平整结构,无裂纹。

本实用新型属于竹产品技术领域,具体为一种高密度竹展平板。
                          背景技术
竹子是一种速生、高产、优质的可再生资源。多年来,在竹材制板的工业生产中一直沿用劈篾法,因其材料利用率低,且大量使用胶粘剂,所以成本较高,胶粘剂的环境污染严重。为了提高材料的利用率,减少胶粘剂的用量,并降低生产成本,目前已有的竹筒展成板技术,由于展平板存在明显的裂纹,因此产品的应用范围受到很大限制,应用旋切展开法,因其只能生产微薄竹板,且对竹材的形状要求高,材料利用率低,难以规模化生产,因此竹筒展成板技术成为普遍关注并力图解决的课题。
                          技术内容
本实用新型的目的就在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种低成本、高密度、高强度、无裂纹,无胶粘剂,高宽幅面的竹展平板。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
高密度竹展平板,由毛竹展开而成,其特征在于所述的展平板包括竹青层、竹黄层,展平板左右边侧为与板表面垂直且相互平行的平整结构。
所述的高密度竹展平板,其特征在于所述的展平板的厚度为5-25mm。
本实用新型的高密度竹展平板,具有高密度、高强度的特点,并且整个板面和边侧均为平整结构,无裂纹。

                    具体实施方式
如附图1所示,将竹筒截断、去除内外节、竹筒纵向开缝形成的全竹筒、半竹筒或三瓣竹筒,经浸泡加湿、高温蒸煮软化后,在竹展开设备内进行展平,在竹筒由曲线段进入直线段的过程中,同时对竹筒左右边侧1、1a施加可控侧压力,在施加侧压力的过程中,由于竹青层2和竹黄层3的尺寸差异,竹青层2维管束及基本组织首先受到挤压,然后竹黄层3维管束及基本组织受到挤压,最终在竹筒两侧的可控侧压力下,竹展平板4被横向压缩,同时板材密度得到提高,板材的表面硬度、强度及刚度也相应提高,且无裂纹,同时保证了整个板面和边侧的平整结构。

1.高密度竹展平板,由毛竹展开而成,其特征在于所述的展平板(4)包括竹青层(2)、竹黄层(3),展平板(4)左右边侧(1、1a)为与板表面垂直且相互平行的平整结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的高密度竹展平板,其特征在于所述的展平板(4)的厚度为5-25mm。
