下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步阐述。如图l所示，一种高强度铝塑复合板，包含有铝质面板1和塑料芯板2，其特征在于：该复合板还包含有钢质芯板3，整块复合板由铝质面板1、塑料芯板2以及钢质芯板3通过粘结材料高分子膜复合形成对称的五层结构，从上到下依次为铝质面板1、塑料芯板2、钢质芯板3、塑料芯板2、铝质面板1。该复合板采用上下对称的五层结构，从上到下依次为铝质面板l、塑料芯板2、钢质芯板3、塑料芯板2、铝质面板l，而且，上下两层铝质面板l的参数完全一致，上下两层塑料芯板2的参数也完全一致，各层通过粘结材料高分子膜经热复合后成为一体。与传统技术相比，这种铝塑复合板，不仅结构简单、生产容易，与传统的复合板工艺相似，而且因为钢质芯板的加入，优化了板材的内应力结构，使板材拥有较高的强度和平整度。
