背景技术
有机保温板、无机保温板是墙体保温的常用板材。其中的有机保温板:主要以聚苯乙烯为原料制成,而聚苯乙烯原本就是极佳的低导热原料,再辅以挤塑而成,形成紧密的蜂窝结构,从而有效地阻止了热传导,其特点:该板材质轻、价廉加之具有一定稳定的化学结构和物理结构,能确保本材料保温性能的持久和稳定,因此为目前世界上最优秀的保温材料之一。其中的无机保温板:目前用于外保温系统的A级防火外墙保温材料主要有发泡陶瓷保温板、复合水泥发泡保温板、加气混凝土板、岩棉板、蓝海板等。各组成材料均为无机材料,其特点:耐高温、不燃、防火、耐久性好、不老化,与建筑物同寿命,全寿命周期内无需再增加费用进行维修、改造,最大限度地节约资源、费用,综合成本比有机板低,保温效果较有机板材稍差,同时无机板材质量大,不易搬运。

如图1所示,本实用新型包括有机保温板1和无机保温板3,特点是有机保温板1和无机保温板3粘结为一体。仍如图1所示,在有机保温板1与无机保温板3的粘结面上设有沟槽2。本实用新型使用时,将复合板有机板的一面贴着墙体插在模板与要浇注的墙体之间,待混凝土凝固后,撤去模板,新型保温板则和墙体粘结为一体。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种保温板,其特征在于:沟槽(2)呈网格状或呈条带状。
