在现有技术中,高漏抗变压器式消弧线圈是由低压线圈绕组,滤波线圈绕组,高压线圈绕组和铁心组成,铁心是由上铁轭、下铁轭、左铁轭,右铁轭和铁心中柱共同组成一个闭合磁路。低压线圈绕组,滤波线圈绕组和高压线圈绕组同心套在铁心中柱上。在低压线圈绕组和滤波线圈绕组之间有间距,可以集中并增大漏磁通,高漏抗变压器式消弧线圈为了满足高的漏抗值要求,通常在低压线圈绕组与滤波线圈绕组之间设置一个很大的间距来获得大的漏磁通,这样就使得高漏抗消弧线圈的外形尺寸较大,所需材料多,生产成本较高。。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种高的漏磁通,体积小,降低生产成本的高漏抗变压器式消弧线圈。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,高漏抗变压器式消弧线圈是由低压线圈绕组,滤波线圈绕组,高压线圈绕组和铁心组成,铁心是由上铁轭、下铁轭、左铁轭,右铁轭和铁心中柱共同组成一个闭合磁路,低压线圈绕组,滤波线圈绕组和高压线圈绕组同心套在铁心中柱上,在低压线圈绕组和滤波线圈绕组之间有间距,在低压线圈绕组和滤波线圈绕组间的间距中设置一个圆筒,圆筒由导磁材料制成,由于放置圆筒后,漏磁通会增大,故低压线圈绕组与滤波线圈绕组之间的有较小的间距就可以满足高的漏抗值的要求,根据放置的圆筒的厚度,间距可减少40%~60%,这样在满足高的漏抗值的情况下,减小了外形尺寸,节省材料,节约了生产成本。
本实用新型在低压线圈绕组和高压线圈绕组之间有间距,在低压线圈绕组和高压线圈绕组之间放置圆筒。
本实用新型减小高漏抗变压器式消弧线圈外形尺寸,实现了在保证性能的情况下,减小外形尺寸,节省材料,降低生产成本,具有良好的应用前景。

如附图1、附图2所示,本实用新型是由高压线圈绕组1,滤波线圈绕组2,低压线圈绕组4和铁心组成,铁心是由上铁轭6、下铁轭8、左铁轭7、右铁轭9和铁心中柱5共同组成一个闭合磁路,铁心由导磁材料叠装组成,高压线圈绕组1,滤波线圈绕组2和低压线圈绕组4同心套在铁心中柱5上,在低压线圈绕组和滤波线圈绕组之间有间距,在滤波线圈绕组2和低压线圈绕组4之间放置圆筒3,圆筒3由导磁材料硅钢片制成。由于圆筒3由导磁材料硅钢片制成,可以集中并增大漏磁通,在满足同样高的漏抗值要求时,就可以将滤波线圈绕组2和低压线圈绕组4之间的间距减小,根据放置的圆筒的厚度,间距可减少40%~60%,从而起到减小外形尺寸,节省材料,降低生产成本的作用。

1.一种高漏抗变压器式消弧线圈,由低压线圈绕组,滤波线圈绕组,高压线圈绕组和铁心组成,铁心是由上铁轭、下铁轭、左铁轭,右铁轭和铁心中柱共同组成一个闭合磁路,低压线圈绕组,滤波线圈绕组和高压线圈绕组同心套在铁心中柱上,在低压线圈绕组和滤波线圈绕组之间有间距,其特征是在低压线圈绕组和滤波线圈绕组间的间距中设置一个圆筒。
