本实用新型是用于施工安全技术领域的一种可调式定位辅助工具，具体说是一种应用在建筑施工中工具式脚手架中的附属构件。
背景技术
附着式升降脚手架在施工使用过程中，普遍采用可调拉结杆件将其载荷传递给建筑结构，可调拉结杆件通常采用圆钢和可调丝杆及附属件组成，由于可调拉结杆件外形尺寸大，重量大，附属配套件多，造成使用时搬运不便，丝杆容易受混凝土污染，工人劳动强度大，关键控制点多，操作难度大，很难保证其拉结承载的可靠性，从而造成重大事故，同时由于其钢材耗用量大，成本高，鉴于现有技术存在上述问题，特别是存在重大安全隐患，急需解决。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种构造简单、操作便捷、安全可靠、经济实用的附着式升降脚手架快速可调式定位工具。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型提供一种可调式定位辅助工具，由齿形立柱1、定位齿块2、左框板3、右框板4、偏心轴5、微调螺栓6、突块7、开口销8、通孔9、螺丝孔10、轴孔11及销孔12组成，所述的齿形立柱1一侧加工有梯形齿且上端和下端钻有通孔9；所述的定位齿块2内侧加工有与齿形立柱1上相吻合的梯形齿，所述的定位齿块2顶部钻有带内螺纹的通孔，所述通孔内拧有微调螺栓6，所述的左框板3和右框板4的一端各钻有轴孔11，所述的偏心轴5的两轴端分别穿入左框板3和右框板4的轴孔11内，所述的偏心轴5中间焊接有突块7，所述的定位齿块2、左框板3、右框板4焊接成一体，并与偏心轴5组成定位框套，所述的偏心轴5的两端钻有销孔12，所述销孔12内安装有开口销8。
本实用新型提供的是一种附着式升降脚手架可调式定位工具，本实用新型与现有技术相比，由于定位工具的承载齿为梯形齿，所以能更好地应对施工现场的恶劣条件，有效防止因混凝土污染而造成的螺纹堵塞；构件体积小、质量轻，便于构件的搬运，大大降低了工人的劳动强度；同时因附属配件少、构造简单、可靠，减少了控制关键点的数量，操作起来非常简单，有效降低了因工人安全意识不强而出现的违章操作，大大提高了施工作业的安全保障，具有构造简单、经久耐用、操作便捷、安全可靠、经济实用特点。

具体实施方式
结合附图1，对本实用新型提供的一种建筑施工附着式升降脚手架可调式定位工具进行详细说明。
如图1所示，将偏心轴5的两轴端分别套入左框板3和右框板4两板上的轴孔11内，然后与带有梯形齿且齿面朝向偏心轴5的定位齿块2焊接成一体组成定位框套，将开口销8分别安装在偏心轴5的两轴端的销孔12内，并将开口销8的末端折弯，转动偏心轴5，使偏心轴5与定位齿块2之间的间距为最大尺寸，并使齿形立柱1上带梯形齿的面与定位齿块2带梯形齿的面对应放在一起，将齿形立柱1插入由偏心轴5、左框板3、右框板4及定位齿块2组成的定位框套内后，保持偏心轴5不转动，将突块7与齿形立柱1垂直状焊接在偏心轴5的中间位置，拨动突块7使偏心轴5能沿左框板3和右框板4的轴孔11的轴心左右转动90度，当突块7与齿形立柱1呈垂直状态时，由偏心轴5、左框板3、右框板4及定位齿块2组成的定位框套能在齿形立柱1上自由移动，当突块7与齿形立柱1呈平行状态时，由偏心轴5、左框板3、右框板4及定位齿块2组成的定位框套因定位齿块2上的梯形齿与齿形立柱1上的梯形齿互相吻合而处于锁止定位状态，将不能自由移动，因定位齿块2上的梯形齿与齿形立柱1上的梯形齿定位吻合位移量存在一个梯形齿宽度的制约，不能适应精确定位的要求，此时通过调节定位齿块2上的微调螺栓6，实现无极调整定位高度，将齿形立柱1的通过上端或下端的通孔9与附着升降脚手架的承载支座进行销接固定，达到本实用新型提供的目的。

1.一种可调式定位辅助工具，由齿形立柱、定位齿块、左框板、右框板、偏心轴、微调螺栓、突块、开口销、通孔、螺丝孔、轴孔及销孔组成，其特征在于：所述的齿形立柱一侧加工有梯形齿，上端和下端钻有通孔；所述的定位齿块内侧加工有与齿形立柱上相吻合的梯形齿；所述的定位齿块顶部钻有带内螺纹的通孔；所述通孔内拧有微调螺栓；所述的左框板和右框板的一端各钻有轴孔；所述的偏心轴的两轴端分别穿入左框板和右框板的轴孔内；所述的偏心轴中间焊接有突块；所述的定位齿块、左框板、右框板焊接成一体并与偏心轴组成定位框套，所述的偏心轴的两端钻有销孔，所述销孔内安装有开口销。
