本实用新型公开了一种窗户开关铰链,包括活动连接的滑槽1、滑块2、推拉杆3、拉杆4和短杆5,短杆5设有与滑槽侧面11形成固定夹角并贴合滑槽滑动的平面凸起51;滑槽1对应于关窗后滑块所在位置的滑向端设有定位块6,定位块6设有与平面凸起51配合的斜面61,斜面61与滑槽1的侧面11由弧面过渡,滑槽1侧面11设有对应于短杆收合时平面凸起51通过的缺口12。开窗时,短杆转动滑出至平面凸起贴合抵住滑槽侧面,推拉杆通过短杆推动滑块移动,窗户平稳打开;在关窗时,推拉杆通过短杆拉动滑块移动,当滑块抵住定位块后停止,短杆的平面凸起沿定位块的斜面转动收合。由于铰链少了推杆,节省了原料,结构简单、环保,降低生产成本,且质量稳定可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种窗户开关铰链,尤其涉及一种设有转动合链短杆的窗户开关铰链。
背景技术
如图1所示是现有技术中常见的窗户开关铰链,包括长推拉杆1、拉杆3、推杆2、短杆6和滑块5以及导槽4,长推拉杆1、拉杆3、推杆2、短杆6和滑块5均通过铆钉相互活动连接并组成四连杆推拉结构,滑块5置于导槽4中并能在导槽4内滑动。这种结构的窗户开关铰链以承重量大,稳定可靠而深受用户喜爱。然而,这种铰链结构相对复杂,使用金属原料较多,成本较高。在原材料日益匮乏,价格高涨的今天,开发既能节省原料、降低成本,又相对环保且质量可靠稳定的窗户开关铰链将变得非常重要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可结构简单、节省原料、质量稳定可靠的三连杆结构窗户开关铰链。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:
一种窗户开关铰链,包括活动连接的滑槽、滑块、推拉杆、拉杆和短杆,短杆设有与滑槽侧面形成固定夹角并贴合滑槽滑动的平面凸起;滑槽对应于关窗后滑块所在位置的滑向端设有定位块,定位块设有与平面凸起配合的斜面,斜面与滑槽的侧面由弧面过渡,滑槽侧面设有对应于短杆收合时平面凸起通过的缺口。
为了增加短杆随滑块滑动的稳定性,所述的短杆和滑块之间设有一定位装置,该定位装置包括设在短杆的凸起,凸起设有与侧面平行的定位面,滑块上设有与定位面配合的定位块。
所述的短杆还设有定位凸块,该凸块的内侧在短杆完成收合后抵住滑槽侧面。
所述的短杆由塑胶材料制成,在短杆内设有金属加强筋。
所述的固定夹角为45度夹角。
由于采用了上述结构,本实用新型在开窗时,与窗户边框连接的推拉杆打开,短杆转动滑出至平面凸起贴合抵住滑槽侧面,推拉杆通过短杆推动滑块移动,窗户平稳打开;在关窗时,与窗户连接的推拉杆相对于滑槽收合,推拉杆通过短杆拉动滑块移动,当滑块抵住定位块后停止,短杆的平面凸起沿定位块的斜面转动收合。这样的窗户开关铰链比现有技术的铰链少了推杆,节省了原料,结构简单、环保,降低生产成本,且质量稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图2至5所示,一种窗户开关铰链,包括通过铆钉活动连接的滑槽1、滑块2、推拉杆3、拉杆4和短杆5,短杆5由塑胶材料制成,在短杆5内设有金属加强筋。短杆5设有与滑槽侧面11形成45度固定夹角并贴合滑槽滑动的平面凸起51,平面凸起51在配合滑块定位后形成沿滑槽1侧面11配合滑动的滑轨。短杆5和滑块2之间设有定位装置,该定位装置包括设在短杆5的凸起52,凸起52设有与侧面11平行的定位面,滑块2上设有与定位面配合的定位块21。滑槽1对应于关窗后滑块所在位置的滑向端设有定位块6,定位块6朝向滑块一侧与定位块形状配合,另一侧设有与平面凸起51工作面配合的斜面61,斜面61与滑槽1的侧面11由弧面过渡。滑槽1侧面11设有对应于短杆收合时平面凸起51通过的缺口12。
为了延长短杆的使用寿命,防止短杆转动过度,短杆5设有定位凸块53,该凸块53的内侧在短杆完成收合后抵住滑槽侧面11。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:
1、开窗。当与窗户边框连接的推拉杆3在推力的作用下推动短杆5,短杆受定位块6的限制只能转动滑出滑槽1,完全滑出滑槽1后,平面凸起51的平面工作面贴合滑槽1侧面11,限制短杆5继续转动,此时在推拉杆3的推力继续使用下,平面凸起51在配合滑块定位后形成沿滑槽1侧面11配合滑动的滑轨沿着滑槽移动,完成开窗。
2、关窗。当与窗户边框连接的推拉杆3在拉力的作用下拉动短杆5,短杆5拉动滑块2移动,当滑块2抵住定位块6后受定位块限位停止。短杆5在推拉杆3拉力的作用下,平面凸起51的工作面沿定位块的斜面转动收合。

1、一种窗户开关铰链,包括活动连接的滑槽(1)、滑块(2)、推拉杆(3)、拉杆(4)和短杆(5),其特征在于:短杆(5)设有与滑槽侧面(11)形成固定夹角并贴合滑槽滑动的平面凸起(51);滑槽(1)对应于关窗后滑块所在位置的滑向端设有定位块(6),定位块(6)设有与平面凸起(51)配合的斜面(61),斜面(61)与滑槽(1)的侧面(11)由弧面过渡,滑槽(1)侧面(11)设有对应于短杆收合时平面凸起(51)通过的缺口(12)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的窗户开关铰链,其特征是所述的短杆(5)和滑块(2)之间设有一定位装置,该定位装置包括设在短杆(5)的凸起(52),凸起(52)设有与侧面(11)平行的定位面,滑块(2)上设有与定位面配合的定位块(21)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的窗户开关铰链,其特征是所述的短杆(5)设有定位凸块(53),该凸块(53)的内侧在短杆完成收合后抵住滑槽侧面(11)。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的窗户开关铰链,其特征是所述的短杆(5)由塑胶材料制成,在短杆(5)内设有金属加强筋。
5、根据权利要求3所述的窗户开关铰链,其特征是所述的短杆(5)由塑胶材料制成,在短杆(5)内设有金属加强筋。
6、根据权利要求1所述的窗户开关铰链,其特征是所述的固定夹角为45度夹角。
