做饭时把锅放到炉盘上以后，火焰会向外喷，这样供于锅底中央部分的热量只是小部分，大量的热量都浪费掉了，对于锅底呈弧形的炒锅来说这种现象尤为明显。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种节能锅，该锅能够将火焰聚集的锅底的中央部位，尽可能的提高热量利用率。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种节能锅，包括锅体和锅柄，其特征是，所述的锅体的底面外侧的中心部位设有一个向外突出的圆环。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在锅底的中央部位设有一个圆环，将锅放到炉盘上以后，火焰会被罩在圆环以内，使火焰产生的热量尽可能的供于锅底中央，大大减少了不必要的能量浪费，提高了热量的利用率起到节能的效果。
