背景技术
中国专利申请CN200810138008.9(公开号CN101303916,公开日:2008.11.12)公开了一种“核电站用计算机电缆”,每两芯导体为一组,外壁包裹内、外绝缘层,内绝缘层是交联聚乙烯绝缘层,外绝缘层是低烟无卤聚烯烃绝缘层,两绝缘层外设有异质导体双层屏蔽层,导体组置于填充层内,外设导质电缆双层屏蔽和双层护套。这种结构的核电站用计算机电缆,导体选择铜导体、以低烟无卤聚烯烃为护套和绝缘,这就造成了该电缆的高成本和抗干扰、耐辐射程度低,尤其是核电站计算机用电缆的导体占总成本75%以上和其对屏蔽效果要求更高,不能出现任何的问题,其已无法满足要求。
发明内容
本实用新型正是为了克服上述不足,提供一种改进的核电站用特种计算机电缆,以解目前核电站计算机用电缆高成本和其屏蔽能力不佳、耐辐射、耐老化程度低等问题,解决措施是用铜包铝导体替换铜导体,以低烟无卤辐照交联聚烯烃为护套和绝缘。具体是这样来实施的:核电站用特种计算机电缆,包括若干组两芯导体,每组导体的外壁包裹有内、外绝缘层,两绝缘层外设有异质导体双层屏蔽层,导体组置于填充层内成缆芯,缆芯外设异质电缆双层屏蔽层和护套层,其特征在于两芯导体为铜包铝拉制体,内绝缘层是交联聚乙烯绝,外绝缘层是低烟无卤辐照交联聚烯烃。导体为双层异质金属拉制而成,内层为铝导体,外层采用铜管,两层导体有机的结合一起保证电缆的电能及微弱信号的有效传输,节约了铜资源、降低了成本。绝缘料内层采用交联聚乙烯绝缘料,减少了在使用过程中的介质损耗,增强了电性能,使传输信号更稳定、且不失真,从而保障电缆的有效的传输;外层采用低烟无卤辐照交联聚烯烃绝缘料,电缆具有耐γ射线辐射的能力,保证了电缆的使用寿命。
为了达到更佳的抗干扰、耐辐射性能,本实用新型的异质导体双层屏蔽层和异质电缆双层屏蔽层均为内层绕包屏蔽和外层编织屏蔽组合,内层绕包屏蔽为金属塑料复合带,外层编织屏蔽为铜丝或镀锡铜丝或铜包铝镁丝编织。双层不同材料的屏蔽增强了电缆的对外界抗干扰能力还增加了电缆的机械性能,使用引流线使屏蔽效果更加可靠。
本实用新型异质电缆双层屏蔽层外的护套层采用低烟无卤辐照交联聚烯烃护套,既有以往护套的防护作用,又增强了电缆的耐辐射、耐老化和耐候性,使电缆的使用环境更加广泛。
本实用新型提供的核电站用特种计算机电缆,结构简单、成本低,使用方便,抗干扰性能好,耐候性强,适应环境能力强,工作可靠。

具体实施方式
核电站用特种计算机电缆,包括若干组两芯导体,两芯导体为铜包铝拉制体,即内层为铝层3,外层为铜层4,每组导体的外壁包裹有内绝缘层5和外绝缘层6,内绝缘层5是交联聚乙烯,外绝缘层6是低烟无卤辐照交联聚烯烃,两绝缘层外设有异质导体双层屏蔽层,即内层绕包屏蔽2和外层编织屏蔽1,内层绕包屏蔽2为金属塑料复合带,外层编织屏蔽1为铜丝或镀锡铜丝或铜包铝镁丝编织。
导体组置于填充层7内成缆芯,缆芯外设异质电缆双层屏蔽层和护套层10,异质电缆双层屏蔽层为内层绕包屏蔽8和外层编织屏蔽9,内层绕包屏蔽8为金属塑料复合带,外层编织屏蔽9为铜丝或镀锡铜丝或铜包铝镁丝编织,异质电缆双层屏蔽层外的护套层10为低烟无卤辐照交联聚烯烃护套。

1.核电站用特种计算机电缆,包括若干组两芯导体,每组导体的外壁包裹有内、外绝缘层,两绝缘层外设有异质导体双层屏蔽层,导体组置于填充层内成缆芯,缆芯外设异质电缆双层屏蔽层和护套层,其特征在于两芯导体为铜包铝拉制体,内绝缘层是交联聚乙烯绝,外绝缘层是低烟无卤辐照交联聚烯烃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的核电站用特种计算机电缆,其特征在于异质导体双层屏蔽层和异质电缆双层屏蔽层均为内层绕包屏蔽和外层编织屏蔽组合,内层绕包屏蔽为金属塑料复合带,外层编织屏蔽为铜丝或镀锡铜丝或铜包铝镁丝编织。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的核电站用特种计算机电缆,其特征在于异质电缆双层屏蔽层外的护套层为低烟无卤辐照交联聚烯烃护套。
