本实用新型涉及一种电力电缆,尤其是跨江跨湖输电用防水电力电缆。
背景技术
现有跨江跨湖敷设的电力电缆,其防水性能和抗拉强度不高,难以适应在水中敷设使用的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有阻水性能好、强度高的跨江跨湖输电用10kV防水电力电缆,以适应敷设在江、湖水中使用的要求。
本实用新型提供的跨江跨湖输电用10kV防水电力电缆,包括缆芯及其外护套,缆芯内设有数根在导体外包覆屏蔽层和绝缘层的导线,导线的绝缘层外设有绝缘屏蔽层和铜带屏蔽层,在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有双面阻水带层、铝塑复合带层、内护套、钢丝铠装层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:电缆的阻水性能好、强度高,可以适应敷设在江、湖水中使用的要求。

具体实施方式
参照图1,先将多股铜丝绞合制成导体1,在导体1外包覆导体屏蔽层2、用交联聚乙烯制成的绝缘层3、绝缘屏蔽层4及铜带屏蔽层5制成导线12,再将数根导线12绞合成缆芯11,然后在缆芯11外依次包覆双面阻水带层6、铝塑复合带层7、用高密度聚乙烯制成的内护套8、用镀锌钢丝制成的钢丝铠装层9(并用镀锌钢带反向扎包)及高密度聚乙烯制成的外护套10,这样即制成本实用新型。

1.一种跨江跨湖输电用10kV防水电力电缆,包括包括缆芯及其外护套,缆芯内设有数根在导体外包覆屏蔽层和绝缘层的导线,其特征在于导线的绝缘层外设有绝缘屏蔽层和铜带屏蔽层,在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有双面阻水带层、铝塑复合带层、内护套、钢丝铠装层。
