背景技术
市售的多种品牌无油烟锅,其宣传的原理都是采用复合锅体。其中的铜或铝夹层以其良好的导热性把锅底中心的热量传至整个锅体,使锅中心温度无法升高到食用油的气化温度,因而可防止油烟产生。但实际上市售无油烟锅主要以厚重的锅体吸收热量延缓温升。但用料的增加和制造的复杂使其生产成本加大,价格不菲。
发明内容
为克服市售无油烟锅无烟效果不明显,锅体厚重,制作工艺复杂,价格不菲的缺点,本实用新型提供一种隔热式少油烟锅。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:隔热式少油烟锅,由导热良好的锅体组成,其特征是:在锅底中心设置夹层,夹层中填塞耐热隔热材料。从而消除局部高温,油烟减少或消除。
本实用新型的有益效果是:减少或消除油烟,且大幅降低材料及制造成本。

具体实施方式
由图可见,通常温度最高,产生油烟的锅底中心作成了夹层1,其中填充有耐高温,无毒无害隔热材料2。夹层水平投影为直径60mm左右圆形,与锅大小有关。夹层净空约5mm。这样,这一块的热量来源由锅底直接受热变为主要由周围锅体传来的间接受热,因而可有效消除局部高温,避免或减少油烟产生。
