本实用新型属于吹瓶机械领域,尤其涉及一种吹瓶机械的模具锁紧机构。
背景技术
传统吹瓶机械的模架都是向外伸出支承座的滑轨,锁模油缸与模具均安装于模架上,并一字形排列,锁模油缸驱动其中一半模移动,使其与另一半模实现开合模。这种结构使模架的受力中心点随模具的移动而偏向其中一边,导致模架容易倾斜或弯曲,当模具高速移动时,会严重磨损模架或支承座上的导向件(如导柱、滑轨等),同时模具定位也不准确,影响产品质量,而且模架上的模具越重,对导向件和产品的影响也越大。
实用新型内容
为了克服以上技术问题,本实用新型提供一种承载力大、容易移动、耐磨的锁模机构。
本实用新型的实用新型目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种锁模机构,包括支承座和设置于支承座上的模架,模架上设置有锁模板和锁模油缸,其中支承座在模架受力中心线两侧对称设置滑轨,模架设置于滑轨上,锁模油缸设置于模架的受力中心线上,模架上设置有连接锁模板和锁模油缸的铰臂杠杆。
所述模架上设置有导柱,锁模板设置于导柱上并由锁模油缸驱动沿导柱横向移动,模架在滑轨上同步纵向移动。
所述模架、锁模板通过同步齿轮、同步齿条联动。
所述铰臂杠杆由左铰臂杠杆、右铰臂杠杆组成,左铰臂杠杆与锁模板的左半模连接,右铰臂杠杆与锁模板的右半模连接,锁模油缸一端固定于左铰臂杠杆,另一端固定于右铰臂杠杆。
所述锁模油缸设置于滑轨下方。
本实用新型设计简单,通过力学原理,使模架受力平衡,保证模架的受力中心点不变,即使使用重型模具,模架也不会变形,导向件不易磨损,同时本实用新型还采用铰臂杠杆有效增大锁模力,有利于保证产品质量。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,本实用新型锁模机构,包括支承座1和设置于支承座上的模架2,模架2上设置有锁模板3和锁模油缸4,支承座1在模架2的受力中心线两侧对称设置滑轨5,模架2设置于滑轨5上,锁模油缸4设置于模架1的受力中心线上并位于滑轨5下方,模架2上设置有连接锁模板3和锁模油缸4的铰臂杠杆6。
模架2上设置有导柱7,锁模板3设置于导柱7上并由锁模油缸4驱动沿导柱7横向移动,模架2在滑轨上同步纵向移动。模架2、锁模板3通过同步齿轮8、同步齿条9联动。
铰臂杠杆6由左铰臂杠杆、右铰臂杠杆组成,左铰臂杠杆与锁模板的左半模连接,右铰臂杠杆与锁模板的右半模连接,锁模油缸4一端固定于左铰臂杠杆,另一端固定于右铰臂杠杆。

1、一种锁模机构,包括支承座和设置于支承座上的模架,模架上设置有锁模板和锁模油缸,其特征在于:所述支承座在模架受力中心线两侧对称设置滑轨,模架设置于滑轨上,锁模油缸设置于模架的受力中心线上,模架上设置有连接锁模板和锁模油缸的铰臂杠杆。
2、根据权利要求1所述的锁模机构,其特征在于:所述模架上设置有导柱,锁模板设置于导柱上并由锁模油缸驱动沿导柱横向移动,模架在滑轨上同步纵向移动。
3、根据权利要求2所述的锁模机构,其特征在于:所述模架、锁模板通过同步齿轮、同步齿条联动。
4、根据权利要求1所述的锁模机构,其特征在于:所述铰臂杠杆由左铰臂杠杆、右铰臂杠杆组成,左铰臂杠杆与锁模板的左半模连接,右铰臂杠杆与锁模板的右半模连接,锁模油缸一端固定于左铰臂杠杆,另一端固定于右铰臂杠杆。
5、根据权利要求1所述的锁模机构,其特征在于:所述锁模油缸设置于滑轨下方。
