一种坩埚拉丝保温一体设备,用高铝保温砖砌筑而成;炉体采用角铁焊制而成,外部以铁板包装;在炉外部留有10-15厘米的通道,通道中分别置有水管插孔、铜排架,铜排与漏板、铜板;变压器安装在固定的平台上,与通道内的铜排连接,铜排与漏板连接,连接管内设有导线,与电极相连接;右侧翻板、左侧翻板均采用铁板焊制而成;上水管与水总管连接,炉体在升降炉可以直接吊出,进行外部拆装。该设备可降低能源消耗,节省节源,解决了反复循环工作,提高了生产效益;拆装简单,减少工作时间,提高了生产效率;美观实用。

本实用新型涉及一种用于玻璃拉丝坩埚炉的外部保温设备,尤其涉及一种玻璃拉丝坩埚炉的外部保温设备配套设施一体化。
背景技术
现有的坩埚炉拉丝设备一般采用的保温层比较较薄,主要缺点是热能散发较多,耗能费电,此外,配套设施安装较复杂,安装配套设施浪费时间,需重复工作。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种避免热散流失,并节能省电,使其降低成本,解决反复循环工作的、提高生产效率的配套设施的一体化设备。
为解决已有技术的缺欠,本实用新型解决技术的方案是:一种坩埚拉丝保温一体设备,包括:变压器、铜排、漏板、翻板、保温层、炉体、通道、连接管、上水管、总水管,其特征在于:该设备用高铝保温砖砌筑而成;炉体采用角铁焊制而成,外部以铁板包装;在炉外部留有10-15厘米的通道,通道中分别置有水管插孔、铜排架,铜排与漏板、铜板;变压器安装在固定的平台上,与通道内的铜排连接,铜排与漏板连接,连接管内设有导线,与电极相连接;右侧翻板、左侧翻板均采用铁板焊制而成;上水管与水总管连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:可降低能源消耗,节省节源,解决反复循环工作,提高生产效益;拆装简单,减少工作时间,提高了生产效率;美观实用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,变压器1安装在固定的平台上与通道内的铜排2连接,铜排2与漏板连接。上水管4与水总管3连接。连接管上方装有水管插头,与熔炉冷却水管插入连接。右侧翻板5、6、7采用5毫米铁板焊制而成,在安装炉后将翻开待安装完后将其盖住。左侧翻板12、13采用5毫米铁板焊制而成,可以随意翻起。保温层9采用高铝保温砖砌制而成,外部以铁板包住。在炉外部留有15厘米的通道10,导线连接管11内设有导线,与电极相连接,导线管为一寸铁质钢管,导线为16平方铜线。炉体8在升降炉可以直接吊出,进行外部拆装,采用角铁焊制而成。

1、一种坩埚拉丝保温一体设备,包括:变压器、铜排、漏板、翻板、保温层、炉体、通道、连接管、上水管、总水管,其特征在于:该设备用高铝保温砖砌筑而成;炉体采用角铁焊制而成,外部以铁板包装;在炉外部留有10-15厘米的通道,通道中分别置有水管插孔、铜排架,铜排与漏板、铜板;变压器安装在固定的平台上,与通道内的铜排连接,铜排与漏板连接,连接管内设有导线,与电极相连接;右侧翻板、左侧翻板均采用铁板焊制而成;上水管与水总管连接。
