Abstract

夹心保温砌块及其墙体将现行建筑节能的墙体砌筑和墙外保温合二为一,墙体节能达到现行墙体热阻限值。夹心保温砌块由三排七个通孔的空心砌块和在其空腔内按放的保温板组成,空心砌块使用80%以上工农业废弃物,保温板可使用相应传热系数的再生材料。空心砌块沿传热方向无直通壁肋,沿砌块中排孔预留线管槽(可放置线管或抗剪钢筋),槽上按放砌块层间保温板,该保温板高于砌块上平面(高出部分按砌筑灰口厚度)。砌块中排保温板及层间保温板两端满足砌块砌筑时相邻保温板端面靠实。

本发明涉及建筑节能,尤其涉及一种夹心保温砌块。
背景技术:
建筑节能的重要环节是墙体保温,由于目前各地按照常规厚度使用的加汽砌块、空心砌块等的传热系数不符合新的节能要求,一般在砌块墙体外加EPS保温板,然后进行抹面和外饰处理,此办法虽然满足了保温要求,但是由于墙体与最外层水泥抹面和外饰两刚性物体仅仅依靠EPS板中有限的钢丝或粘合剂粘连,一旦钢丝或粘合剂失效外层水泥抹面和外墙饰面将脱落,造成巨大的社会公害。ZL200620021440.6专利虽可解决上述问题,但仍有以下不足:一是砌块材料为混凝土,该传热系数较高;二是“砌块上设有一组封闭孔洞,内装有保温材料”,该孔洞的封闭部分又形成一个热桥,加大了砌块的传热系数;三是砌块上下面为平面,其层间砌筑砂浆又形成了一个大的热桥;四是“砌块两侧开放式孔洞内放置高效保温板”,该工艺如在砌块工厂实施,在搬运过程中易造成突出部分保温板损毁,如在施工现场放置又将加大施工管理难度;五是砌块两侧为平面,该结构与砂浆的粘结力和抗剪力较差。以上问题不但影响砌块的保温效果,而且存在安全隐患。
发明内容:
本发明目的是由夹心保温砌块砌筑的墙体无需二次保温其热阻均达到当地墙体节能的热阻限值。发明内容:本发明的夹心保温砌块是由三排七个通孔的空心砌块和在孔内放置的保温板以及放置于砌块预留线管槽上的层间保温板组成;其中沿砌块中排孔预留线管槽用于放置线管,抗剪钢筋或层间保温板。本发明有以下特点:1、结构设计高热阻,三排七个通孔的空心砌块沿砌块传热方向无直通的壁肋增加热桥长度,提高了砌块结构的热阻;2、组成材料高热阻,80%以上高热阻的工农业废弃物,砌块内放置的七块保温板加大了砌块的热阻值;3、砌块砌筑高热阻,层间保温板隔断层间砂浆热桥,相邻砌块中排保温板端面靠实隔断相邻砌块粘结砂浆热桥,提高了墙体的热阻。

具体实施方式:
枣庄地区采暖期平均温度为0.9℃,外墙传热系数限值k[w/m2·k]当S≤0.35时K=0.63,当0.35<S≤0.40时K=0.50.按最高标准K=0.5设计通用的复合保温砌块。砌块尺寸390×240×190,三排七孔,空心率≥35%。容重800kg/m3,抗压强度3.5Mpa,使用普通砂浆砌筑及抹面,外饰瓷砖贴面;砌块材料电石泥20%、粉煤灰35%、水泥10%、煤矸石32%、废弃植物纤维5%、激发剂3%。保温板采用再生聚苯发泡板。加工方式采用振压式机械成型,蒸汽养护24小时。按该设计砌块及维护墙传热系数的检测结果K=0.48≤0.5[w/m2·k]符合建筑节能提高65%的现行规定。

1、一种夹心保温砌块,其特征是:该由三排七个通孔的空心砌块和在孔内放置的保温板以及放置于砌块预留线管槽上的层间保温板组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的夹心保温砌块,其特征是:沿砌块中排孔预留线管槽用于放置线管、抗剪钢筋或层间保温板。
