本实用新型涉及一种金属镁或镁合金冶炼工具,具体为一种镁合金转液泵。
背景技术
在金属镁或镁合金的冶炼过程中,从固体的原料经过熔炼炉加温得到熔融状态的金属镁或镁合金,然后再转移到保温炉,再转移到铸锭机。虽然转移的介质是液态,但是由于是熔融的金属液体,具有高温高热的特点,这个过程中需要有特殊设计的转移泵才能适应这种工艺要求。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有金属镁或镁合金在冶炼过程中,从熔炼炉到保温炉转移的问题而提供了一种镁合金转液泵。
本实用新型是由以下技术方案实现的,一种镁合金转液泵,包括驱动电机,离心泵,驱动电机为变频电机,驱动电机通过上联轴器和离心泵的泵轴连接,驱动电机和离心泵之间通过法兰连接有若干拉杆,离心泵的出液管上设有电加热装置。
本实用新型应用在金属镁或镁合金冶炼加工中,作用是将熔炼炉加温得到熔融状态的金属镁或镁合金转移到保温炉中。具有流量大,运行平稳的特点,离心泵采用无镍耐热材料,使用寿命长;驱动电机使用变频电机,速度可调,流量可调;法兰及拉杆的使用提高了泵整体的刚度;联轴器消除径向力;出液管电加热保温,能够防止镁液堵塞。

具体实施方式
如图1所示意,一种镁合金转液泵,包括驱动电机1,离心泵6,驱动电机1为变频电机,驱动电机1通过上联轴器2和离心泵的泵轴8连接,驱动电机1和离心泵6之间通过法兰3连接有若干拉杆4,离心泵6的出液管7上设有电加热装置9。

1、一种镁合金转液泵,包括驱动电机(1),离心泵(6),其特征在于:驱动电机(1)为变频电机,驱动电机(1)通过上联轴器(2)和离心泵的泵轴(8)连接,驱动电机(1)和离心泵(6)之间通过法兰(3)连接有若干拉杆(4),离心泵(6)的出液管(7)上设有电加热装置(9)。
