其中,所述开关输入电路由信号变换、滤波处理和多路选择构成。
其中,所述压力输入采样电路由信号变换电路、滤波处理电路、信号放大电路、滤波处理电路和AD转换电路构成。
其中,所述温度控制电路由滤波处理电路、多路开关电路、一级信号放大电路、二级信号放大电路、隔离电路转换电路、滤波处理电路和AD转换电路构成。

参照图6,所述温度控制电路由滤波处理电路、多路开关电路、一级信号放大电路、二级信号放大电路、隔离电路转换电路、滤波处理电路和AD转换电路构成。来自K型热电偶传感器的信号滤波处理电路、多路开关电路、一级信号放大电路、二级信号放大电路、隔离电路转换电路、滤波处理电路和AD转换电路进入微处理器处理。

1、挤出机专用控制器,包括主机以及与主机连接的开关电源、显示操作面板和机械执行机构,其特征在于:所述主机包括微处理器,微处理器连接有开关输入电路、转速采样与控制电路、压力输入采样电路、温度控制电路、通用输出驱动电路和串行通迅接口;所述显示操作板包括显示面板,显示面板连接有键盘接口、串行通迅接口、液晶显示器接口和内存接口;所述机械执行机构由多路锁存电路和漏极上拉开路输出电路构成。
