本实用新型涉及发光二极管(LED)技术领域,特指一种七彩食人鱼LED。该LED的凹室内安装有红光LED芯片、绿光LED芯片、蓝光LED芯片各一颗,且该LED设有四个独立接脚,其中一个为正极接脚,另三个分别为红光负极接脚、绿光负极接脚、蓝光负极接脚。本实用新型采用上述结构后,在保持形状大小与原有普通单色食人鱼LED一致的基础上,在LED中封装红光LED芯片、绿光LED芯片、蓝光LED芯片共3种不同颜色的LED芯片,并将原有的四个接脚各自独立,其中一个作共用正极接脚,另外三个对应三个颜色的负极接脚,因此哪个颜色接脚通电则对应颜色的LED亮,因此红、绿、蓝三种基色可以组合出七彩光。

本实用新型涉及发光二极管(LED)技术领域,特指一种七彩食人鱼LED。
背景技术:
现有的食人鱼LED是单色LED,即只有一个发光芯片,由于食人鱼LED的特殊外形要求其也具有四个接脚,但该四个接脚的其中两个为正极接脚并连接在一起的,而另外两个为负极接脚,也是连接为一体的。因此,当需要复合光时必须同时使用多个食人鱼LED方可,从而增加了成本,浪费资源,不能很好的满足客户要求。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有产品的上述不足之处,提供一种单颗七彩食人鱼LED。
本实用新型实现其目的采用的技术方案是:该LED的凹室内安装有红光LED芯片、绿光LED芯片、蓝光LED芯片各一颗,且该LED设有四个独立接脚,其中一个为正极接脚,另三个分别为红光负极接脚、绿光负极接脚、蓝光负极接脚。
本实用新型采用上述结构后,在保持形状大小与原有普通单色食人鱼LED一致的基础上,在LED中封装红光LED芯片、绿光LED芯片、蓝光LED芯片共3种不同颜色的LED芯片,并将原有的四个接脚各自独立,其中一个作共用正极接脚,另外三个对应三个颜色的负极接脚,因此哪个颜色接脚通电则对应颜色的LED亮,因此红、绿、蓝三种基色可以组合出七彩光。
本实用新型利用的食人鱼LED支架4个接脚的结构特点,充分利用了资源。

下面结合具体实施例和附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1、2所示,本实用新型七彩食人鱼LED大致呈方形,其凹室50内封装有红光LED芯片20、绿光LED芯片30、蓝光LED芯片40各1个,四接脚1、2、3、4分别位于四角处,其中接脚1为正极接脚,与凹室50直接相连,俯视呈“L”型,较其他接脚粗,表面积也大,以加强散热效果;接脚2、3、4分别为红光负极接脚、绿光负极接脚、蓝光负极接脚,且红光LED芯片的负极与接脚2连接,绿光LED芯片的负极与接脚3连接,蓝光LED的负极接脚与接脚4连接。
图3是本实用新型七彩食人鱼LED的电路图,相当于三色LED正极共用,负极独立使用,因此可组合出七色光。
综上所述,本实用新型结构简单,充分利用了资源,减少了成本。
