背景技术
目前用于丙烯酰胺闪蒸和提浓的装置多为分体设备,丙烯酰胺先进入闪蒸罐闪蒸后再导入提浓装置进行提浓。因此不仅工艺复杂,而且由于需要两台设备,需要大量的电能和蒸汽,同时效率较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种节能高效的免提浓闪蒸循环节能装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:
本实用新型所述的免提浓闪蒸循环节能装置,包括顶部开有出口的闪蒸罐,所述闪蒸罐上部侧壁沿切线方向开设有丙烯酰胺进料口,在所述闪蒸罐上部侧壁沿切线方向还开设有丙烯酰胺循环进料口;所述丙烯酰胺循环进料口通过循环泵与循环罐相连通,所述循环罐上部与闪蒸罐底部相连通;在所述闪蒸罐下部设置有加热装置。
所述加热装置为设置在闪蒸罐下部外壁上的加热套,和置于所述闪蒸罐下部腔内的环形加热管,所述环形加热管的进、出口均延伸出闪蒸罐外部。
本实用新型的优点在于它包括顶部开有出口的闪蒸罐,所述闪蒸罐上部侧壁沿切线方向开设有丙烯酰胺进料口,在所述闪蒸罐上部侧壁沿切线方向还开设有丙烯酰胺循环进料口;所述丙烯酰胺循环进料口通过循环泵与循环罐相连通,所述循环罐上部与闪蒸罐底部相连通;在所述闪蒸罐下部设置有加热装置;使用时,当低浓度的丙烯酰胺气体从沿切线方向开设的丙烯酰胺进料口进入闪蒸罐内,在其内进行旋流,并经过下部的加热装置加热后,快速的把丙烯腈蒸出去,高浓度的丙烯酰胺从闪蒸罐底部进入循环罐,通过循环泵将丙烯酰胺抽入闪蒸罐上部侧壁沿切线方向进入闪蒸罐循环加热浓缩,可使浓度含量提高10%,大大提高了效率;且两台设备合二为一,闪蒸、提浓可同时实现,大大节省了能源;所述加热装置为设置在闪蒸罐下部外壁上的加热套,和置于所述闪蒸罐下部腔内的环形加热管,所述环形加热管的进、出口均延伸至闪蒸罐外部,蒸汽上管进下管出,闪蒸罐内外同时加热,加热更加均匀且利于加热温度的调节,节约了成本。

如图所示,本实用新型所述的免提浓闪蒸循环节能装置,包括顶部开有出口的闪蒸罐1,所述闪蒸罐1上部侧壁沿切线方向开设有丙烯酰胺进料口2,在所述闪蒸罐1上部侧壁沿切线方向还开设有丙烯酰胺循环进料口3;所述丙烯酰胺循环进料口3通过循环泵4与循环罐5相连通,所述循环罐5上部与闪蒸罐1底部相连通;在所述闪蒸罐1下部设置有加热装置;所述加热装置为设置在闪蒸罐1下部外壁上的加热套6,和置于所述闪蒸罐1下部腔内的环形加热管7,所述环形加热管7的进、出口均延伸出闪蒸罐1外部。

1、一种免提浓闪蒸循环节能装置,包括顶部开有出口的闪蒸罐(1),所述闪蒸罐(1)上部侧壁沿切线方向开设有丙烯酰胺进料口(2),其特征在于:在所述闪蒸罐(1)上部侧壁沿切线方向还开设有丙烯酰胺循环进料口(3);所述丙烯酰胺循环进料口(3)通过循环泵(4)与循环罐(5)相连通,所述循环罐(5)上部与闪蒸罐(1)底部相连通;在所述闪蒸罐(1)下部设置有加热装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的免提浓闪蒸循环节能装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置为设置在闪蒸罐(1)下部外壁上的加热套(6),和置于所述闪蒸罐(1)下部腔内的环形加热管(7),所述环形加热管(7)的进、出口均延伸出闪蒸罐(1)外部。
