现有平板冻结器采用的蒸发器,大多采用矩形平板,其管内外换热面积较小。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,在于提供一种能使平板冻结器增加管内、管外换热面积,提高换热效率的平板冻结器用铝合金翅片管。本实用新型的目的是通过以下结构实现的:本实用新型为一种平板冻结器用铝合金翅片管,管体中心为圆管,圆管内表面为圆弧型波纹内肋,圆管外表面向外延伸形成两个平行对称的翅片。本实用新型既增加了换热面积,又最大减少了应力集中,从而提高了换热管承压能力及换热效率。圆管外两个平行的翅片增加了换热面积,从而提高了热交换效率,促使货物快速冻结。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示的本实用新型为一种平板冻结器用铝合金翅片管,管体中心为圆管1,圆管1内表面为圆弧型波纹内肋2,圆管1外表面向外延伸形成两个平行对称的翅片3。本实用新型管体内壁横截面为圆弧波纹形状,圆弧形波纹既增加了换热面积,又最大减少了应力集中,管外两个平行翅片增加了换热管的面积,从而提高了换热效率。
