Abstract

一种可调心滚子轴承,具有轴承外圈,轴承内圈,球面滚子,其中,在所述的轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间设有带有中隔板和钢板圈的滚动导架,在所述的中隔板上设有至少一个以上的球孔,在所述球孔内装有间隔球,所述的滚动导架将所述的球面滚子定位并且使其均匀分布于所述轴承的内外圈之间的滚动轨道内,所述中隔板上的间隔球将所述球面滚子彼此间隔;由于中隔板上的间隔球可以在任何时候将相邻的两个球面滚子彼此隔离,从而使得轴承具有极其优质的旋转均匀性,轴承的使用寿命也由此得到空前的提高。

可调心滚子轴承
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种长轴旋转支撑系统中的轴承,尤其是一种可调心滚子轴承。
背景技术
在风电所用偏航主轴、旋轮变桨主轴、雷达多相旋转台或舰船载重旋转台、及坦克、装甲车、自行火炮塔身旋转基台的主轴上起到主要作用的关键部件是轴承。就长轴旋转支撑系统而言,无论是主轴轴承还是旋转塔座,对轴承本身的选用指标主要是从轴承在空载条件下、加载条件下的启动力矩变化量及加傾覆力矩状态下启动力矩变化量的测试考核中得到结果并以此均衡一个列装标准。在国内生产长(主)轴支撑系统的专业企业中,以上三个量化了的参考指标,目前最好的指标依次为~17%、~17%、~1/3。然而,无论是应用于哪个具体的作业科目,评价轴承的旋转均匀性或柔性及改变轴承的旋转方向有无空回现象时,应当从轴承的静、动态承载,寿命,摩擦热,能耗等几方面进行考核。其中,降低轴承的摩擦力矩恰是保证轴承长时间良好运行的关键。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的及所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可调心滚子轴承,该轴承从结构上颠覆了传统长轴轴承的设计理念,通过对轴承内外圈之间的滚动导架及球面滚子的技术改造,使得轴承的旋转均匀性有了显著的提高。
为此,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种可调心滚子轴承,具有轴承外圈,轴承内圈,球面滚子,其中,在所述的轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间设有带有中隔板和钢板圈的滚动导架,在所述的中隔板上设有至少一个以上的球孔,在所述球孔内装有间隔球,所述的滚动导架将所述的球面滚子定位并且使其均匀分布于所述轴承的内外圈之间的滚动轨道内,所述中隔板上的间隔球将所述球面滚子彼此间隔。
优选地,设置在所述中隔板上的球孔数量为两个。
优选地,所述滚动导架的中隔板和钢板圈为一组合整体冲压件。
相比同领域技术,本实用新型着重强调了回转支撑轴承、风电主轴轴承结构的实质性创造;其突出的技术进步表现在对轴承的滚动导架的改良,由于中隔板上的间隔球可以在任何时候将相邻的两个球面滚子彼此隔离,起到了调心的作用,从而使得轴承具有极其优质的旋转均匀性,轴承的使用寿命也由此得到空前的提高。

具体实施方式
结合以上附图,本实用新型涉及一种可调心滚子轴承,具有轴承外圈1,轴承内圈2,球面滚子3,其中,在所述的轴承外圈1与轴承内圈2之间设有带有中隔板41和钢板圈42的滚动导架4,在所述的中隔板41上设有至少一个以上的球孔5,在所述球孔5内装有间隔球51,所述的滚动导架4将所述的球面滚子3定位并且使其均匀分布于所述轴承的内圈1、外圈2之间的滚动轨道内,所述中隔板41上的间隔球51将彼此相邻的所述球面滚子接触间隔。
从设计理念上说,本创作旨在实现无论是空载条件下启动力矩变化量还是加载条件下启动力矩变化量及加傾覆力矩状态下启动力矩变化量要比国内或国外同类产品的指标要超低;即从轴承的静、动态的态势看,随时可以起到“调心”的作用。然而要实现这一目标就必须从轴承的结构构造上做足功课。显然,在无更多的启示性文献面前,发明人必须另辟新:在精心研究了国内所有在线生产的风机轴承并充分比对了国外的同类产品之后,发现,即便不经过渗硫技术手段来处理轴承钢材料,在使用现有国产轴承钢材料的基础上若将滚动导架的整体结构再重新进行设计,那么,实现轴承的旋转均匀性是做得到的;若在使用了经过渗硫技术手段来处理轴承钢材料的基础上实现本创作,那么,由本创作实现的轴承在其应用领域内是所向无敌的;如此说来的依据则是上文提到的三个量化了的参考指标的测评。
再见图4,本创作的具体实施方式进一步体现在了将滚动导架4上的且对应每个球面滚子3滚动面的中隔板41作为一个独立部件,在该中隔板41上开置一对球孔5,在该球孔内装入间隔球51,该间隔球51同时与滚动导架4中的两个相邻的球面滚子3的滚动面接触;无论轴承出于何种状态,两个相邻的球面滚子3的滚动面是不会发生挤压现象,其功归于间隔球51的调正两个相邻的球面滚子3的中心线的平衡作用。
再见图1,实施状态中的夹在两个钢板圈42(图中与中隔板41为一体)中间的中隔板是与钢板圈同时(例如冲压)加工出来的,而装在球孔5中的间隔球51在其孔位内具有一定的位移间隙,这是因为只要间隔球51在任何时候都能滚动,就能保证与其接触的两个相邻的球面滚子的滚动面不会因轴承从启动过渡到转动时同时可能受到来自轴向和径向两方面力的扭扰,而产生较大的启动或加载力矩所导致前推后挤的现象发生。
作为长轴滚动构件中的关键部件,本创作在优选实施例上特意指明在所述中隔板41上设置的球孔数量为两个,在每个孔位上各装一个间隔球51。如此设计凸显了本创作的轴承具有良好的旋转均匀性,柔性十足,尤其在轴承改变旋转方向时没有空回。

Claims (3)

1.一种可调心滚子轴承,具有轴承外圈,轴承内圈,球面滚子,其特征在于,在所述的轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间设有带有中隔板和钢板圈的滚动导架,在所述的中隔板上设有至少一个以上的球孔,在所述球孔内装有间隔球,所述的滚动导架将所述的球面滚子定位并且使其均匀分布于所述轴承的内外圈之间的滚动轨道内,所述中隔板上的间隔球将所述球面滚子彼此间隔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调心滚子轴承,其特征在于,设置在所述中隔板上的球孔数量为两个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可调心滚子轴承,其特征在于,所述滚动导架的中隔板和钢板圈为一组合整体冲压件。
