本实用新型公开了一种水上漂浮探测电缆,包括有2根导体,导体外挤包有绝缘层,其特征在于所述的导体材料为铜包钢线芯,所述的绝缘层材料为高密度聚乙烯。导体选用高强度的单根铜包钢线,增加电缆的拉断力,绝缘选用耐温等级较高,线密度低的高密度聚乙烯,提高了电缆的柔软度,耐水性,漂浮能力。为了满足性能及使用要求,两芯电缆采用平行挤出方法,不仅满足性能要求同时减小整体尺寸,满足理想敷设空间小的要求,又增加水上探测漂浮电缆的新品种,扩大了用户在水中使用电缆选择范围。

本实用新型适用于敷设空间小,拉断力大,柔软性好的水上漂浮探测电缆。
背景技术
水上探测电缆,需要满足中心距精密、体积小、拉断力大、耐水性好等诸多条件,采用一般的两芯电缆达不到上述要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种中心距精密、体积小,拉断力大、柔软度好、耐水性好的高密度聚乙烯绝缘水上漂浮探测电缆。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
水上漂浮探测电缆,包括有2根导体,导体外挤包有绝缘层,其特征在于所述的导体材料为铜包钢线芯,所述的绝缘层材料为高密度聚乙烯。
本实用新型的优点是:导体选用高强度的单根铜包钢线,增加电缆的拉断力,绝缘选用耐温等级较高,线密度低的高密度聚乙烯,提高了电缆的柔软度,耐水性,漂浮能力。为了满足性能及使用要求,两芯电缆采用平行挤出方法,不仅满足性能要求同时减小整体尺寸,满足理想敷设空间小的要求,又增加水上探测漂浮电缆的新品种,扩大了用户在水中使用电缆选择范围。
